I had maintained a workout routine after work for three years without missing too many days. I've been trying to start working out before work but getting up at 5am has been an uphill battle. I keep this video downloaded and open on my phone so when I go to silence my alarm I can start this video. The black screen at the end makes my phone a more reflective surface and creates an opportunity to look myself in the eyes and ask myself if I'm willing to be the hardest working guy in the room. Thank you for this. I can't remember the last time something motivated me like this.

I'm 40 years old this coming may , I have epilepsy and I have a high possibility for diabetes . with my illness I cant drive or have a full time job , yes I get social security but its only so much . Yeah, this is pretty trashy and basic. So many people try and still fail. Some people try harder than others and those others still end up ahead. There is far more to it than what you showed here. Try, that is standard. But if you fall, get back up. Pay attention to the world around you but stay focused. Keep your head in the game and never sell out. Never give up to anything less than everything you want or aspire too. But again, no matter how many times you fall, rise and try again. It is only those who stop trying that get nothing out of it. Fight while you can fight and never stop. Brain surgery patient who's heart stopped twice during surgery and it left me disabled. I am poor, I lost everything, but I fight. I will be the best. And before I am done, I will make sure others can rise, just like me. And that is what I do. Hmu. Peace.
