Accepting I'm a biological male was also quite positive for my mental health. Lying to yourself about who you are deep down is only harmful to your well being in the long run. Lying to myself about my actual gender and not wanting to just be trans, but be a woman, was actually giving me more dysphoria over time. Coming to peace with my reality is what helped me move on with my life.

I agree with Marcus entirely when he says he’d rather work with what he’s got that attempt to get a penis that isn’t even real. I think that every time I hear about bottom surgery. I truly believe that young people think modern medicine can do more miracles than it really can. If neo vaginas and penises truly could operate like the real thing I’d say go for it, but they really can’t. A vagina is more than just a hole. There’s so many muscles and nerves and a cavity that leads to a cervix, which has its own connection and sensation in context to the rest of it. And who would want a penis and testicles that can’t get erect on its own and has no semen to produce? I feel so terrible for those who regret these surgeries. It’s quite tragic. You’re wise to decide against it.

Exactly, he lives in reality and knows how to equally respect other people - that's what the activists can't manage to do and what causes problems in society in this respect. That's all that's needed - just be honest with yourself and respect other groups and in turn the vast majority of people will respect you as 90+% of the population aren't out there to hurt people, they are just living their lives and dealing with their own problems and when you realize that you notice we're all not that different at heart.

Thanks! Firstly I’d like to tell you I love you like a grandchild, vicariously I see you grow and become stronger and I’m proud. It’s odd maybe, but you handle life the way I think I did growing up openly gay and unashamed since the 1950’s. Secondly, in America my insurance expects me to have a Primary Care Doctor who freely refers me to specialists. Thus I keep my HIV doctor of 25 years and, together, they caught my lung cancer when it could be cured. Your Gyno may not know what to do for you,,, a General Practitioner, that’s their job. Thirdly I liked older men too until I became “The Older Man”. If I dated older men now…they’d be dead “ahh haha ha” - thanks Phyllis Diller Just keep on… kudos!!! Your fan, Stella Zafella 😎💋

The gynecologist is full of S*it. She knows exactly what happens to bones from lack of estrogen. The way to test is a 'bone density test. It is a test that masseurs the density of the bones. She know this. But she is a trans activist who is not giving any 'negative' medical facts so she can promote hormones and surgery. By doing that she is not doing the duty of care to her patients and she is being negligent . Doctors like her make me sick. all they care about is money.

gosh it's so reassuring to hear an actual transsexual say all this, i thought i was just a hateful, transphobic person, because i only ever heard the notions from the transgender cult around me, so i thought that's what i was supposed to believe. I felt horrible, because my mind told me otherwise, i was always always only able to think about it logically, such as "you can never TRULY become the opposite sex, that's just bioligically impossible, so why do we have to still acknowledge them as such?". I just chalked it up to me being raised in a pretty conservative family, even though i'm definitely more open to these things, and my parents don't outright reject it either. But i'm so happy i found this channel, you helped me finally make peace with myself. I can finally believe i'm not actually just an asshole for not being okay with being labeled cis, or for not being supportive of forcing medical transitions and trans ideologies on children. i truly am grateful.

You're not an a-hole no 😊 Honestly the older you get the more issues such as this crop up in society and the main thing I've learnt in my lifetime is 90% of the time activists, politicians, and the media simply gaslight you and lie. If you know something is true based on fact then don't allow anyone to ever tell you otherwise unless they can scientifically evidence it - in the UK for example activists ran with the line "puberty blockers are safe and completely reversible" when the reality was they didn't have sufficient research to make that claim and as a result a lot of vulnerable children were harmed. While I'm not religious the saying "good intentions pave the path to hell" has held strong time and time again.

It was always my experience, before the trans-trend geared up, that transsexual men and women were kind, respectful, gentle souls. This aggressive business, almost exclusively male-driven, is about as far from transsexual as it gets. It's a crying shame that these aggressive bullies are hiding behind the 'trans' label to push themselves onto the unwary.

As a psychologist you should help the patient to understand WHY he/she wants to transition, what the patient believes the transition would solve, and how realistic and right is this solution for him/her. Gender dysphoria and following transition often stands as a proxy for something else: feeling of being different than your peers, self-loath, being afraid of others expectations and cultural roles, body hate, feeling out of conrol or puprose in life...

Wow. I really loved this short video. I’ve wondered some of those same questions myself, but strictly from a loving perspective. I am so happy that you met someone that could help you be yourself. I think this concept is something that is not trans related or hetero related whatever the hell we wanna call it. It’s human related and when we meet the right person we are Able to be our best and healthiest selves. I was a mess before I met my husband, and I am a straight female. His unapologetic honesty and love truly helped me become the person I was. It took some time and I had to break down the conditioning. It’s so important to understand what healthy partner can do. So thank you for answering those questions and educating peoplein a non-offended way. Because people do wonder and it’s hard to understand something different. You have done an amazing job of being humble and nonreactive. I hope you know that the average intellectual person in society really appreciates this level of transparency. 🙏

I’m so glad that you are able to express how important this is for you in your life change. As for the question of how lack of hormones can affect your bone density, lack of estrogen will decrease the density due to not absorbing calcium. Make sure you are taking supplements for calcium and vitamin D. Doing weight bearing exercises is also important. Ask your physician for a bone density scan to determine your true levels.

I also felt at ease when I accepted the fact that I am biologically a woman. The guy I like also thought I was a trans girl at first, but then I explained to him that I was a trans guy. Of course, at first he still didn’t understand, he tried to change me somehow (perhaps he wanted to do what was best for me, most likely because there was no malice in his words), but his words offended me, but over time, thinking about This situation, I accepted the fact that until the moment I transitioned, in his eyes I would not be a guy, no matter how much I wanted it. At first he even addressed me in the feminine gender, I didn’t pay attention to it for a long time, but after our conversation everything changed. I also am not offended by his jokes or his direct statements “you don’t have a dick, you won’t understand”, yes, I won’t understand, because I’m a trans guy, not a real one. And when I accepted it, it became easier. You won't have to worry about photos or your sometimes feminine behavior. Although I do everything to look masculine, I naturally have this appearance, but sometimes femininity slips through, but I was raised as a girl and it is 100% difficult to get rid of it. When you are faced with a difficult reality, your rose-colored glasses fall off and you realize even more that in order to live the life you want, you need to change. It is clear that this is easy to do on the Internet, but not in real life. That’s why those who sit on TikTok live in their own bubble and are so comfortable. I realized a long time ago that now no one in real life (especially passers-by) will see me as a guy, I accepted it, and I’m no longer offended, because I know that soon everything will change.

Marcus, I love your honesty and openness about your situation so that you can inform others what it’s like to live as a trans man. I found your videos from watching Brad Polumbo and Buck Angel. I really enjoy all of your content and how you all educate people on the difference between real trans people vs the ones who only want attention. Keep making your content and bringing awareness to these issues! You’re the best!

Go Marcus it is nice to see someone who accepts they feel different but does not demand others "play along" with their fantasies. Keep going you obviously help people and in turn they will help you. Being honest is the first step. I do not know any "trans" but if I did/do in the future I hope they have your outlook.

I've been debating almost all day with some dumby radical trans on Twitter about people not wanting to date trans people, because of their preferences, and they've tired and bored me to the ground. It honestly relieves me a bit to know there's trans people like you, who are not afraid to accept some truths, and still find a way to feel better with themselves. And who can also politely and really talk about things

Hey Marcus, At the ripe old age of 35 I was having allergic reactions to my birth control, instead of getting rid of the implant because I obviously didn't know my own body or that the symptoms started 6 months after implantation, my male gynecologist told me I was getting old and just had to deal with things. He then did a biopsy of my cervix and told me just to breath because it was just a small pinch and didn't really hurt. He was wrong and I never went back to him. Doctors know everything and we as patients know nothing. I refused to have the best Gynecologist in our area do my hysterectomy because he refused to answer my basic questions. Find a doctor who will listen to you. Your concerns are important.

I just want to say, I think you have an amazing amount of courage. On all fronts. I’m not trans, I have a very very young family relative who has been conditioned to think she’s a boy by numerous adults, since 4 years old 😔 I want to be able to help her if she ever comes to me one day so I am learning as much as I can. I genuinely appreciate your honesty, your courage and your channel.

Vet du, based on my own experience and what I see around me, so many of our current issues seem based on avoidance; avoidance of facts (like you mentioned with coming to terms with being a woman), avoidance of reality, avoidance of feelings. And avoidance just begets more avoidance. If you’ve ever been anxious and then avoided whatever made you anxious, you knows that it quickly leads to more avoidance. I dunno, Friday night philosophy.

I'd say that as all people are different in their phobias and preferences (we're all individuals right) that there must be gay men who really like the idea of their boyfriends having female genitalia. If there are men who have a fetish for feet then this also makes sense. So yeah. destroying perfectly working sexual organs to make something with minimal sensitivity (if any) and a ton of potential medical complications is probably not the best idea. But each to their own. Glad you're living your best life Marcus. Great channel dude!
