I think the content draws people in, but it’s the personality of the person that keeps people coming back. Don’t stress about it and just be you! Good to see you back at it 💪

Sorry to hear Cole, NHS waiting times can be really debilitating. Great you are back now and making content again too. Had loads of injuries myself and my learnings are don't stress - fitness always comes back! If you have done it once you can get there and further again. And congrats on the degree, massive achievement that no one or thing can ever take away :)

Good to see you running again Cole and congrats on your degree. I noticed your absence on videos and running social media. I figured it was an injury. That's crazy how long it takes to get an MRI. I've had a few this year for issues and usually I can get in, in a week or two. Your videos have added value to my running and they have inspired me to work hard. Glad to see you back in business. Upwards and onwards!

Welcome back! First of all, congratulations on your degree, you have a bright future ahead. I’m currently streamlining my KZbin subscriptions, it’s so easy to get obsessed with a hobby, and the running space is all very crowded with the same stuff, reviews, races, tips etc etc. I enjoy your videos for your “humanity”, keep up the good work! And I wanted to try that massage gun for a while, good timing!

Been wondering where you've been Cole. So glad to see you back. Ive been through a similar journey with a year-long hip injury, so I know exactly what you've been through. I'm back on the easy runs now, and it's so good to be back running again! Maybe give us a few videos on what you did to rest and recover. Lots of stretching has been key for my recovery. Ps. I'm in my 40s and still don't feel like an adult. Don't ever grow up! lol

Hey Cole! Glad you’re back man. I was off for 5 months with injury.. I was/am getting frustrated with how long it’s taken to get my fitness back. My wife made a good point tho.. it took me 3 years to get into the shape I was in (started running in covid) will take me a year to get back to that. So relatively it is going to come back “quick” Enjoy the process man. Congrats on uni. It will come back. Ash

Congratulations on your degree :) Turning 18 doesn't make someone an adult at all. Some people become adults way earlier (because they kind of have to) some become adults way later (like me :)). One more thing: you are good enough for everything you want to achieve.

I had a niggle in the same area and noticed it an decided to stop after about 3 days of pain while running since I had never felt anything like it before. Was abroad so doctors didn’t really listen to me as much as I suspected femoral shaft injury but they said that wasn’t possible only the neck. Went back to US and showed my sports doctor the mri and told him symptoms and he told me I had exactly what I had though, femoral shaft stress reaction. Luckily needed about 2.5 weeks off then was able to jog a little bit again without pain
@ColeRunning5 ай бұрын
I know, everybody told me it couldn’t be the femoral shaft, it was starting to get a bit annoying! Alas, I’ll be able to identify it in other runners so they get better treatment than we did 😁

Hey Cole, I was wondering if you had any advice on coming back to running from injury? I was injured and every time I try to come back I keep getting injured again. I've been cross training with cycling and gym so I could easily go back to the distance I would run before but my body can't cope with it.
