I lived 1 year in Lisbon, the first 2-3 months were nice. But the city is too expensive to live with the salary you get. And the food is mostly bad

She is fluent in 5 languages and loves learning languages, so that's not a problem.Also she is fluent in English and I doubt the majority of nomads speak Portuguese including Yulia.
