It's been mentioned on here that the Steelers are cheap when it comes to salaries for the coaching staff - And also that the staff isn't as big in comparison to other teams. What are the potential coaching position (or general responsibility) additions that the Steelers could benefit from, if they were willing to expand the staff?

Hey Alan, the Cole Holcolm thing brought up a question for me. Do players like Cole get the whole season's salary (I think his was around 6M) for a season in which they don't see the field? And if so, does that player's salary count against the current season's cap hit? Also, I know Payton Wilson is coming along, but I'd like to see Holcolm play out the last year of his contract. Don't know if they'll be willing to pay Roberts, Holcolm, and Queen though. Thanks and Happy New Year Zachary and Alan!
