It’s like going back in time. I have been watching your channel in the now time 2-5-22 for about 6 months and am hooked. I will say that your personality in now time is a whole lot more entertaining. I know working 2 jobs can make you not a fun guy. So can quitting drinking. Don’t ask me how I know that. Now time Puddin is laid back and not stressed, enjoying his nice garage, numerous mini trucks and beautiful family. I always look forward to your new now time episodes but am enjoying doing a marathon watch on your older builds. I always wanted to see the builds on the shop truck and the family goin to town rig. Thanks for giving me something else to look forward to when your videos come out. Stomper out. Going back to visit Puddin in his past life. 👊😎👍

This old Travelall brings back memories. I found a 1964 with straight-6 engine with 3 speed manual & no power-steering build as a ambulance in Sweden, benches, cabinets in the back & divider wall between driver section. Previous owner bought it from the town auction, always been serviced very well so no issues or rust. Just the idea taking a bunch of friends and have a good time made me wanted it, but drove like a tank down the road, kind the same experience driving a old Suburban but heavier. The frame and everything was really heavy duty. Can't remember the weight, this was back in 1979..memory loss you know. A great engine, strong but would have enjoyed automatic transmission instead & power-steering. Sold it couple of years later, kind of regret that part but found another Travelall in 1983, also when I lived in Sweden, a 1975 white big beast with V-8, automatic & power-steering. Some smaller rust issues but very good condition, a tune-up after buying made it purr like a kitten again, great hauling stuff with, heater inside was perfect for winter weather in Sweden, kept the whole thing warm and cozy. Found 4 rims with spike tires at a local junk-yard almost brand new cheap, so mounted those before the first winter arrived. I tell you that made this International like a 4x4 driving thru snow & ice. Never had any issues even if the size & weight of this monster, hauled cars & scrap metal like a champ. After 2 years a gentleman showed up one day seeing the Travelall sitting in my driveway, offered a big chunk of money so decided letting it go. But always had my eyes for another one of these great models, checked out a couple around Houston area the last couple of years, they sure have gone up pricewise and original parts prices the same. Many have rust issues, so really surprised how good of a shape yours is. You found a diamond in my book ! Keep up the good work ** ** ** Looking forward seeing the progress in the future with this Travelall.

My 1967 Travelall had a sticky steering gear that wouldn't swing back without a tug on the wheel. I drove around looking for a scrap steering gear, I guess most ones had died long ago. I changed the gas tank on a wintery week-end in my outdoor parking spot, not much use, I got a bad knocking engine, it was just sittin' My Landlord maybe towed it away, I had to report it stolen with the good plates on it. I loved the way it drove, laughing at my Canadian winter when I would park it in a snow drift.
