It's the right way to do it. You always make sure everything fits properly and works properly before you paint it. You has seen and now own a Rokon. They are the best thing ever. They go places a Jeep can not. They are a Goat on tires. They can go anywhere you want. Power to to max with them. Like Ed even said. It drives slower than you walk. At Ed's claim he could go anywhere he wanted with this thing. And just point and that direction was rough terrain. He went on the Rokon. And made it many times. I think what all of you involved are some very special and very Blessed people. God Bless and keep it up.

I'm only going to say this once. Okay once on each of these sites(Matt's Off Road Recovery, Fab Rats, Robby Layton Nation, Bleepinjeep, Chads Fab, Bikes and Beards, & Mischief TV). I have watched over the last 6 months something that is truly hard to put into words and believe me I like to talk. Manhour wise you've created for Ed the worlds most expensive Suzuki along with Rokon and custom trailer on the planet however, it isn't about the monetary value of what you've done for him. With the divide that has been going on in this nation I have been blessed to watch a group of friends who have been blessed in their life to pass along their appreciation for someone who has been a valuable existence in their life. It does give me hope for the human race. I have no idea how I ended up on the MORR channel but, it led me to all of your channels so YT did a good job there. While watching this story across your channels I have learned so much in the fields that each of you specialize in. You guys make stuff look so easy(of course with editing, lol). I give a big shout out to Matt for setting all of this up. I even think the Robby Layton crew might have a hit song on their hands. "The Sound of Sanding" The work that each and everyone of you have done including the shirts and book and replacing what you found in the truck is pretty darn special so thank you very much. If I don't plan a road trip to Utah to meet most of you then I might be out of my mind.

Based on your comments, I am certain that Robby knows far more than you will ever know about painting and body repair of any type of vehicle. If you took the time to watch more of Robby’s detailed videos you would learn what a professional and perfectionist he is. He and his team may clown around for the camera but their work quality and attention to detail is impeccable. Check out his recent videos on painting the Golden Nugget or Mischief Maker. I believe the plan is to have the Rokon match the color of the Golden Nugget and the custom trailer built by TomTom and Lizzie for the Rokon.

To saturate a part in a liquid like the mud flap, I use a large zip lock bag. It doesn’t require much liquid product when you push all of the air out. 👍👍👍

I know helping getting Ed's Rokon Motorcycle back to tip-top shape has been tedious but you guys are getting it done. #1 I am not a mechanic so a lot of things just go over my head. I was young and stupid and should have taken a shop class in HS. I should have paid more attention and spent more time with my Dad because he was a good shade-tree mechanic. But unless you follow a process like you two are doing you just don't know how involved and how precise a rebuild must be to get things in working order. My hat is off for your efforts. But understanding your background I know you are not doing this for Ed but for the Glory of the Lord!

I sure hope that crank is still balanced after seeing how those bearings were pressed in. Usually you would brace the crank from the bottom side of the counter weight your applying the bearing to so you don’t squeeze the crankshaft unevenly

I got a 70ish Rokon running for a friend a while back, that old diaphragm carb was murder, balls and springs everywhere. I got it running, very interesting machine indeed. Never quite understood the low gearing, 1st gear was useless, unless you were pulling logs which you could effectively do in any gear as 3rd was low enough to drag its own weight at idle. Novelty, nothing more.

The condenser acts like a tiny electronic trash can. When the points are closed, low voltage electricity generated by the magneto (or a battery) flows through the points into the primary windings of the coil. The energized primary coil can only transfer the energy into the secondary (high voltage) windings of the coil by collapsing the primary field. This occurs when the points open causing an open circuit and zap, high voltage travels from the secondary side of the coil to the spark plug. The primary field must be collapsed in order for the secondary windings to become energized. When the points open you cannot have a spark jump across the point gap because that is still conducting electric flow. This is where the condenser comes in. When the points begin to open, the flow diverts into the condenser instead of jumping across the point gap. If the condenser is bad, the coil will not function properly and you will burn your points. Everything had points and condensers before electronic ignitions so this is freshman high school auto shop level stuff back in the day. Point Gap and Dwell are two additional necessary things to know. The Dwell is ‘the time, measured in degrees, the points are closed’. Basic tuneups on cars always included changing out the points and condenser. A more complete tuneup would be distributor cap, rotor, P&C, plug wires and spark plugs. I never once changed out points on a small engine but always kept a Points File in my toolbox to clean the contact surface instead of getting new points.

Tractor tires are directional. You have installed them backwards. When correctly installed the track left will show the direction of travel. /\

Bearings in freezer over night, heat the receiving part lightly up (crank etc.) and pop the bearing on without using press or hammer, same goes with bushings

Sean, don't pull a pull start until it stops! That's the way you break the rope. Make a bunch of continuous short pulls and stop well before the end of the rope pull and the engine will start quicker. Quick, shorter brth, brth, brth, style pulls until the engine starts. {I'm aware that sentence is lame, but without being there to show you what I mean, it was the best I could do :-*} This from a guy who broke a few starter ropes on his two stroke gas powered tools who learnt the hard way. Good luck and God Bless! Congrats to Dan!
