It's a top 5 most anticipated movies of 2025 for me. It could possibly be Bong Joon-Ho's best English-language film (either this or Snowpiercer) but Parasite will always be the best Bong Joon-Ho movie

There was a rumor going around that the movie had studio interference where Warner Bros sabotaged Bong Joon Ho's vision. Thankfully Bong Joon Ho denied that rumor and said that it's his cut that will be in the actual movie.

Honestly, the thumbnail of the trailer almost made me not watch the trailer. I don't like space movies and I thought it was a space movie. But glad I watched the trailer, looks really good!

This will be a very niche movie. It also doesn't look like an award winner either. I think it will struggle at the box office but be respected at the same time. Similar to The Creator.

One of these days a movie will put some shine on January. Rn it's a time where the Christmas movies get some more bucks, but I could see the mid January becomes the next mid February where maybe you won't get 1B pictures but 450M-600M is very achievable. I'll likely see Wolf Man and Mickey 17.

January hasn't been a "toilet bowl" in quite a few years Kristian. You were on Collider etc and know that the amount of movies coming out has forced the studios to spread out to all months. January release means nothing in of it self anymore.

A hit? No way. I can't imagine the general audience will come out for this. It looks like a streaming film, maybe on Apple+ because of the production value. There's a reason they're releasing it in January. I don't think the studio has confidence in this movie. Have there been any award winning films released in January let alone box office hits? Even if it is from a former best director winner... Chloe Zhao directed Eternals and she was just coming off a Best Director win.

Personally don’t really care for Pattinson and i don’t think he’s a leading man. Batman is big enough without him, but I don’t think he can carry a movie and this is an extremely expensive movie ($160 million+).
