Might I suggest “The Kristian Harloff Show presents….” on the front of the comic for Capes and Cowls intro, similar to the first pages of some comics. Obviously easier said than done, thought it might be more cohesive.

There's another comic book movie releasing next week (Sept 27): 'Hellboy: The Crooked Man'. Also: Already got my ticket to the premiere of 'Joker: Folie à Deux'.🙂 Also, also: The two 80's cartoons I immediately would turn into movies are: 'Dino-Riders' & 'Ring Raiders'. And I agree with Winston's choice 'Bucky O'Hare' is awesome!

Loved The Penguin. Although I always appreciated the artistry, I never really liked The Godfather because ultimately I didn't care about any of its characters. I didn't analyze why this was so but The Penguin made me realize it was because Michael (Pacino) was a nepo baby. He still had to put his own work into establishing himself but when it came down to it he was still just inheriting his father's business that he had nothing whatsoever to do with building. And that was something I could never identify with or care about. But Oz in The Penguin is not only not born of privilege as Michal Corleone was but he's born disadvantaged with a handicap. And he's often disrespected and underestimated. So this is a true self-made man who has to forge his place in life from the ground up. Despite the nefariousness of The Penguin's story, we can relate to a fighter trying to overcome his life's circumstances. So unlike The Godfather, his journey is something I actually want to see. Add Colin's performance, the story of taking an inexperienced kid under his wing whose life's disadvantages mirror his own, and the stunning cinematography capturing Gotham, make The Penguin compelling and a must-watch for me.

I'm also tryna figure out why a witch *with* powers would waste time on attacking a *powerless* witch with *a knife* knowing that she "can't (or won't) kill her?" I know Agatha said she needed to be blasted by the magic to absorb it, but A) clearly bewitching her still works with no absorption possible, and B) I doubt she could absorb a magic based telekineticalky thrown object aimed at her face

What's funny is Snyder's adaptation of Watchmen is the worst. He fundamentally misunderstood what the story is trying to say and the absence of the giant squid monster is simply the greatest representation as to why/how that is.

The reality is Miles just wouldn't be as popular as the lead character and I think Sony knows it. So I still don't think we'll see Miles for awhile as a lead, probably won't see him as Spidey at all in Spider-Man 4

I don't want street level Spider-Man. I also hate the multi-verse. I have no interest in animated Spider-Man or the Sony movies without Spider-Man and just highlighting random solo bad guys like Venom or Kraven. I want regular, live action Spider-Man/Peter Parker vs. a super powered bad guy.
