S*X is a word that social media companies don't know how to deal with. I couldn't share my essay on FB without changing the title...I am stunned because it was about my being worried about Parkinson's STOPPING my S*X life but am starting to realize my fears may have been misplaced. The bad news is that menopause is more likely to kill your sex life than PD. There are work arounds to enjoying sex with PD but if menopause deals you a bad hand your sex life ends. You won’t miss it because your sex drive will be absent. Hormone therapy may help if you can tolerate it. (Three out of four of my partners stopped wanting sex post menopause.)
