Great to see you posting your own videos to this channel again. I'm in Australia and I've been obsessed about watching as many videos about your car as I can find since seeing your performance in the drag and drive event. I literally had a twin 76mm turbo 400 cube small block ford motor trial-fitted into my engine bay, and I'm going to remove it and order a built coyote short motor from FFRE because your car has opened my eyes to what modern engine platforms can achieve. I'll only aim to make about 1200rwhp, so it'll be a drop in the ocean compared to your insane creation.

Amazing, crazy high DA, minimal prep and the car is still effortlessly fast 👏

the thinner air is actually an aero benefit which I never considered until recently but you're so right, as long as your turbo's are still in their efficiency range they'll at least partially compensate for altitude

Yep. I think standing mile on the faster cars would go faster up at altitude I think.

Awesome video! You've come a long way since that CPR turbo kit install on svtperformance. Keep up the good work and good luck during the world cup.

It's what we have always told folks who claim oh they will run faster at lower altitude. It will not if your setup at high DA is efficient! Thanks Brett!

More content please. Because you and this car are amazing.

If you have enough turbo to get the intake manifold pressure the same as low altitude, the car will make the same power, and also have less air to push through and less exhaust back pressure post turbo. The correction factor on high altitude dyno’s is only relevant for NA cars. It’s ridiculous that they add a correction to turbo cars.

I assume you are running something ethanol for fuel while racing? Then what gas or e85 when driving?
@benjamindixon7571 Жыл бұрын
Do you run small cubes? If so, that is the advantage in rough da, but that's my guess...

I've seen murder nova run i think it was 100 or 150 shot on his big block up in the tudes.

That was because he was using a small big-block to spool to pro mod turbos ... It's a lot of work to spool compared to the snot rocket he got rid of those problems with the hemi procharger swap but they still slow down in the altitude as well so the gear the procharger different
