Started trying Prodigy discs awhile ago and they've slowly started taking over my bag. Putt and throw 3 Pa3's, carry two Pa5's, two A5's, and two KJ Feedbacks. Also got my 60 year old mom an F9 for Christmas so she could join me on some 9 hole rounds and she loved it.

Been playing for 10 months throwing prodigy for about 4 because of the rap in had amongst my friends. I absolutely love it, they are consistent to flight and beat in and hold for awhile H series is a staple in my bag as well as the F series both have improved my game leaps! Prodigy have a lot of hidden gems honestly but their flight numbers are off on a lot of molds sadly. My favorites are A5, PMUS (really torque resistant, stable throwing putter) and the M4! Very excited for this series.

I've had Valks in and out of the bag for 18 years now and have never experienced a hint of flashing, even on the F2s. Guess I've gotten lucky 10 or 15 times in a row...

Prodigy has gone for a very similar feel in their different disc categories. F's are blunt, H's are blunt and have a small inverted 'ridge' on top of the rim. A's are low-profile, PA's have a very 'boxy' shoulder etc.

I still love the a4. Was my first approach disc I got comfortable with and had a lot of 150' or so throw ins. I'm a zone guy now but a5 is basically same and pretty sweet. Just have enough zones for a life time so there's no point switching it up

I bag quite a few prodigy discs. Never found the flashing any better or worse than other companies. Other than mvp. P3 400 glow is my straight stable throwing putter. I use the a2, a3, and the a5. M4. And the now discontinued x3 and x2. Can’t wait to watch this series. Love your channel.

I never had an issue with Prodigy flashing and I have dozens of their plastic. It almost made me think it was just internet hate gibberish. If the X3 is discontinued (did not know that) then I'm in trouble, that's my best driver. Those old Catrina Allen 400g ones.

I mainly throw Discmania but I bag a 400 D4 and that thing is crisp for me. I can get max distance on a backhand hyzerflip turn over line. I also throw it as a pop up to flat sidearm. I'd love to see you smack a sidearm on a D4!

I’ve been throwing the FX-4 for awhile. Just picked up the reblend version and it might be my favorite plastic for this disc.

The A5, Pa2, and Fx3 are bag staples. A grippy 500 Pa2 has been the best neutral throwing putter in my hands, the Fx3 is a beat in sexton firebird out of the box with a VERY similar hand feel, and everyone knows the A5 is the Zone SS that Discraft is too afraid to release. Even MVP tried copying the A5 two years later with the Tempo two years later, the slot is just incredible.

While I’ve never thrown a single Prodigy disc, I can tell you that I sand down the flashing from nearly every Innova-made disc that I buy. I can’t stand flashing especially when throwing forehands. I’m looking forward to seeing if my interest in a few Prodigy discs might be peaked due to this series. I have 250+ discs, so it’s not like I need to go on any more buying sprees 😂, especially with wanting and hoping to fly to Europe to play courses through Norway, Sweden, Finland, and Estonia early this summer. Definitely in saving mode, both with money and vacation time!!

All companies have flashing, even MVP. Innova is the most guilty besides prodigy. Since moving their manufacturing in the last year though, prodigy discs have gotten a lot better. excited for this series

I love prodigy. They don’t get stocked a lot of places though, dropping in Popularity and I love my innova more lol the joker is a zone esc disc that’s still in the bag and pa3’s are always money.

The only disc of Prodigy's that still has flashing is the FX-2, but that's because overstable fairways all seem to have it. I just picked up a couple of Anaxes (Anaxi?) and they practially cut my hand open on my first couple of throws. I had to do the Gannon concrete scrape on the course to be able to throw them in the cold yesterday.

I built a prodigy bag to see if the negative energy online around them was warranted or not. I found that I really enjoyed using their discs and didn’t run into any bad flashing. The weakest part of prodigy’s lineup is the mid ranges. The M3/M4 are great, but none of the other mids are that good. Overall they make great discs and don’t deserve all the hate they receive. The whole Gannon Buhr thing didn’t help them out, but I understand why they did it.

I'm excited for this series, I like MVP ok, the Envy is an amazing disc, but I never liked their mids or drivers, and think they are overhyped. I also haven't tried much prodigy, and when I have, its been very mixed bag, I have found a couple discs on the course that were great, an M4, and an F5, but also had several discs I ordered earlier on in my disc golf career, and they flew nothing like the flight numbers said, and I just didn't like them, a couple ace line discs, and an F-1 that flew more like a premium plastic leopard, when I was looking more for a thunderbird/firebird type 7 speed. But I did just recently get some 400 PA-5's looking for a premium low profile flippy putter, and they felt amazing, and flew just like I was wanting.

Great video, can you speak speak more about why their flight numbers change on exact same molds. I got a frac f7 that says it's an 8 speed, and I got a spectrum f7 that says it's a 7 speed. Both purchased directly from prodigy.
