If I recall most weather channel music is just smooth jazz and various sub-genres. But for more relaxing music in the same vein from the UK there's also Ceefax's music library. Overly exaggerated posture or Hyper-Kythosis isn't attributed to things like text neck nor is it connected to being unhealthy unless you experience pain it's probably fine. MovementbyDavid had a great video on it a few weeks ago but my take away is sitting in any one posture the entire day isn't great for you. My cat hunts all the time, she's a barncat but allowed indoors. She caught a medium sized rat just yesterday. But if there's already an existing rat problem, one cat won't solve the problem. Rats live in colonies so there's loads of them and one cat won't be enough. Traps and a hunter with ferrets and a knowledge of rats is more effective if she don't want to use poison.
