Supreme court of Ghana has granted the injunction sort.
Well this is a surface explanation of the recent happenings?
Must parliament respect the order regardless of its illegalities if so ?

Did you read Article 110?Did you read Article 125(3)? Did you read Article 3 ? Separation of Powers is not absolute as far as 1992 constituion is concerned Article 1(1) therefore uses words like Limits limits. Per Article 110 The Legislative has the power to use internal controls but the opening statement of Article 110 says subject to the provisions of this constituion Parliament may....so the issue is not the internal work of Parliament that is at stake even the what Happen in Justice Abdulai v A.G,Erzuame Mannan v AG,Francis Osei Bonsu v AG Opremire v EC & anor Okane v EC & anor The Article 71 case... gives Credence to The fact that as far as Interpretation and enforcement of the constituion is concerned it's the exclusive Jurisdiction. The fact that two people places different meaning on a constitutional matter the interpretation becomes that for Supreme Court and no power takes it from Supreme court
