Tomato is a fruit lol. That being said, I find the ketchup/oyster sauce/Worcestershire sauce/sugar mixture is a good substitute if you can’t find bulldog brand.

Wagyu is from older cows? They have the best meat. In spansih there's a distinction between ternera (young cows) and vaca (older cows, +30 months) meats, that might explain the size difference

3 Tbsp ketchup 3 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1 Tbsp honey 1/2 Tbsp soy sauce is one I found for the sauce though a variant I saw used sake pepper and onion powder as well as whole grain mustard and oyster sauce.
