Hi Guga, small tipps for even better caramelised onions. Add some butter to the oil. The oil prevents the molten butter from burning but you still get that nice nutty flavor brown butter has. Also just a pinch of sugar aids the caramelisation for even more browning.

Guga, pro tip: whenever I make grilled cheese sandwiches (or any type of sandwich bread fried in a pan), substitute 1/2 the butter with bacon fat. It makes the browned part of the bread extra crispy and less soggy. and of course, I don't use that much; just enough to moisten the bread.

I’m a simple man, I don’t need an expensive cut of steak to be happy, if you serve me any steak I couldn’t care less what cut it is

When caramelizing onions you should try a teaspoon of brown sugar. Tastes amazing on burgers!

Guga, would you consider doing some videos that highlight some of your favorite sauces? Just like a well cooked steak and/or seasoning can make a huge difference so too can the sauce!

you should experiment with dried herbs on the steaks if you haven't yet -- I'm a big fan of dried oregano with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

You should come cook out here in the Mohave Desert. It can be 130+ in the shade. You can Sous Vide without the water!

I remember commenting in your video quite a long time ago about the goodness of the bag juices. I really want to think that maybe it was my comment that made you save and use those juices.

Bro, I tried this with a Boston but, I cut a 2 inch steak off of it and seasoned it as you did and made your sauce. seasoned the rest as pork pernil. then cooked the steak as you did, toasted a french loaf on at 600° grill and seared the meat, smeared your sauce on it and shreaded lettuce and tomato, WHAT, that mess was delicious. I love cooking and love trying new things and love your style. thanks for making me better😉 pork pernil, black beans, plantains, rice and pico for supper tomorrow 😉😊😋
