It was doing pretty good til big Ray got on it haha. It hadn't overheated at all. But the worst part was stalling it. That bike does not like to lug and slow speeds. You're constantly fanning the clutch the whole time. But it was nice to have some modern suspension and not bottom on everything! Thanks for watching! - Chase

The rider put on a 125 enduro clinic: 1: momentum is your best friend, 2: keep the throttle pinned, 3: keep shifting through the tranny to keep the engine on the boil, 4: modulate speed & traction with the clutch! I rode a KTM 125 EXC several years and just loved it! Kudos for picking a 125!

HAHA! I know, I know, but I had to match the bike! My new MSR gear just wouldn't have been the same. - Justin

For this apocalypse stuff, I think I should get my old 81' kawi kdx 175 out, wish I had terrain like that though.

Dude, I feel Ray's pain (A little bit). I use to ride a XR 500 a long time ago. When you guys go all "Moto" it is hilarious.....Great job!

Was wondering why everyone was so determined to add bark busters. Now I know. LOL What a cool project you guys put together.

the 2 stroke is the best bike for this rideing. It has the snappyness to get up and going. The 4 strokes are all bogging out. Unless you really works the clutch on the 4 strokes you are going to bog down and have a hard time. The 06 450 should have been just fine too but it really matters weather you have a good rider or not. But yea this was cool. I have a 1985 and 1986 yz 125s an there fun bikes

The no dab sections looked like some of the most fun parts of the trail IMO.
