William Dafoe is one of my favorite actors. He did such a good job playing the Green Goblin in Raimi's Spider-Man that I can't imagine anyone else playing a live action Goblin other than Dafoe. Honestly, if DC ever thinks of making another good live action Batman movie, then I would pick William Defoe any day, because he is just born for doing scary villian roles. :D

He would make such a good and different Joker. It’s not more on the comedic side like Jack Nicholson’s, not on the more crazy side like Mark Hamill’s, and not more anarchic as Ledger’s. This gives a totally different vibe, it’s fuckin eerie and uncomfortable. The way he almost never breaks eye contact while talking about his gaps. The way he puts words of his sentences together, the pauses he takes in between sentences and just still looks at you with that look on his face. He would crush this roll hands down.
