If you listen to classic jazz like Coltrane, Evans or Brubeck, and then you also check out modern jazz like Mononeon and Thundercat, you will see what she is taking from them. This specific song has a little bit of rock to it, but the previous 2 ones were imo full-on jazz (or jazz pop if you may).

Oh yes. I was meditating today, but meditating while in a bad mood. So many challenges for me during that meditation. As I watched,, my thoughts and FEELINGS were out of control and doing the damn thing. Big feelings. Big feelings I tried to suppress during that session. Acceptance was and is the key for me.
