Of all three Starting Strength books, I have found that The Barbell Perscription is the best for beginners. It lays things out very clealry, especially all the different programs.

In your opinion, is there a physiological basis (adaptations exclusive to loaded jumps) to performing loaded jumps as opposed to sticking to a purely polarized approach that emphasizes heavy resistance training and unloaded plyometrics?

How close are you to hitting your head on the ceiling with those jumps, there impressive

Any insight as to why you're doing a carnivore type diet? I'm mostly "animal based" and then got a lot of carbs from fruit and honey, def don't think I could do a true carnivore and not do fruit/honey I need carbs to train well
