Thank you so much for posting this. I just was told to start doing this and got a crash course well running 2.5 miles and it help a lot. But know I can train the right way to get better.

Yes, sir. If you take a look at someone like Usain Bolt, he sprints in this fashion. Part of why he's so fast is that he's so tall he can shift his center of gravity further forward than other sprinters.

thats amzing im trying to get faster in football so I can go pro but I only run a 4.9 forty yard dash, I get caught from behind sometimes and that doesnt look good on my highlights!! watching all your vids right now!! trying to see those crucial running teqnique drills you got! great work!
