Without a bench, no not even close. I’d feel pretty good to keep it within 5” at 25 yards without a bench.

I bought one of these back in May. Well I paid for it and ordered it from Wilson back in May. I haven't received it yet but can't wait to get it.

Really nice pistol for sure. Wilson Combat are pros, they don't make anything bad at all.

Staccato is a better gun! Just get Staccato P or C

Pretty close to a Staccato C in dimensions. The Staccato 2011s are great firearms, and they are a little easier on the wallet. I got the EDC X9 because it didn't have the grip safety. The Staccatos are great firearms though!

Or you could get both! I have a Staccato C2 and shoot it very well. I can damn near put the bullets through the same hole with it. But back in May I ordered one of the Wilson Combat EDC X9 pistols as well. Why not just get both? And I think I would like to get a Staccato XC as well but it is even more expensive than the Wilson Combat.

@Tactical Mustache Cool. I thought you said that Wilson had finally put your gun in "production" status. That they had already started building your EDC X9. I had already ordered my EDC X9 when I walked into a gun store not too far from my home, but far enough away that I had never been there before. When I went in they had a Wilson Combat Experior on the shelf, and I bought it while I waited for my EDC X9 to be built. I do like it a lot, but to tell you the truth I like the grip and feel of the EDC X9 better. And of course, I already said that I shoot the Staccato C2 better than both of them. But good on you for getting the one you like and for enjoying the heck out of it. Congratulations.

I purchased one in March (I have 5 standard Wilson 1911’s) and this blows me away. I have paired down my collection of non-Wilson firearms and have committed to having several EDC X9’s and Experiors which is the EDC X9 with a traditional slide and internal extractor. Phenomenal guns! Great review!

My EDC is by far my favorite firearm. I too find myself selling off some other pieces in my collection to add to my custom firearms.
