It was not Rob Brydon who was caught taking drugs, it was the previous host. Rob is a brilliant impressionist amongst his many other talents. They do occasionally make him read from the card, and both teams quiz him - they are very good. Cuddle jumper is a great example

As many have said it was Angus Deaton who hosted the first two series who got into trouble . Rob has hosted since and the show became better for it . This was before Victoria and David's marriage , she is extremely clever and presents ' Only Connect ' which is quizzing taken to another level . This show had some really good stories . Rob does some good impressions and David and Lee mercilessly Rib him when he does one .

It was the original host Angus Deayton that was accused of drug taking. He was also the presenter of Have I got News for you. The host on Wilty now, is Rob Brydon

If all celebrity's were banned from TV because they had taken drugs, TV would be just adverts. The "scandal" of taking drugs and sleeping with prostitutes was revealed in 2002 when he left "Have I Got News For You" on ITV, which he was hosting. It was after that he moved back to the BBC and took on hosting WILTY, a new program. In November 2007, he was censured by the BBC for making a "pungently personal" joke about Jimmy Savile and his mother on the show. Deayton quietly left the show in 2009 and was replaced by Rob Brydon. - Turned out of course that despite the BBC's defence of Saville (who was a favourite of theirs) Deayton was not far off the mark.

Maybe you should try at least one episode of the quiz show hosted by Victoria Coren Mitchell. It's called Only Connect. It's renowned for being so difficult and the host does nerdy intros and closes the show hilariously. Most people celebrate when they get one question right.

The host, Rob Brydon, is an excellent impressionist and once he presented the UK's most listened to radio show as the host, Ken Bruce, for the entire 2 1/2 hour show as an April Fools trick and very few people knew it wasn't Ken Bruce.

i think this was before the two married. She was on once or twice before. I mean, second life dates this pretty early. Which btw was for most people just social media. Basically a open world sandbox game (a "virtual world", not virtual reality). With social media mechanics. Not much different from Facebook based marriages. And a lot, i mean a LOT ... grown up (user made) content. At least until it was killed by corporations who heard it was hip and made it some sort of gigantic ad break.

9:10 The question of how they contact people for "this is my" is interesting, but the show would have a team of researchers, and they could probably find anybody. If this one had the tattoo, though, I could easily imagine someone on the production team meeting him-in any situation-and learning a connection that they could exploit for the show. It wouldn't even have to have come up naturally in conversation. A person with an unexpected connection to either of the team captains could easily approach someone on the production team with the information. It could even be a friend-of-a-friend thing.
