I know you want to get a beta item, and when you got the cuffs you were excited because they might be worth something after the beta, but wildworks said that anyone who plays in the beta test won't get to keep their items. Or probably won't because they don't want this to turn into an animal jam beta where players who got accepted get the rare beta items. And anyone who didn't get accepted didn't get the rare beta items. Because sense they chose randomly or only a few specific people, its not very fair to anyone who didn't get accepted and wanted to be, to miss out on the beta items. So screen shot your look so you don't loose it if they take peoples stuff away

Actually wildworks said that beta progress, items and the houses may not be saved when the game launches officially, however, even if items and progress are kept, they'll most likely still be available to everyone who plays. I believe the way a "rarity system" would work for feral wouldnt be for items, but for ingredients and materials that you use to make items from. Though everyone who tests the beta will also receive a promotional gift when the game officially launches, so that could spark something but honestly the word beta needs to be disassociated with the idea of rarity. Since feral is a game where you make items from materials you find, items will be individually unique, especially depending on how they are obtained. Sometimes you obtain items from doing quests so there could be things from those that could be "rare" However thr items festured in the beta testing will most likely still be available in the final game forever.

Yes, I think they said something about the closed beta not saving, but the open beta saving, but it could be neither. Wilworks said they learned some lessons from the animal jam rarity system, and they'll be trying to not let it get out of hand, so they'll "control" rarity indirectly by putting certain items in golden chests which are harder to open, or in higher levels in minigames, not just randomly rare things that a famous jammer said is worth something. It'll probably still be based on what people think is appealing on outfits, but not too much. And clark said something similar to masterpieces will be in the game, I'm hoping creativity in those is worth alot, instead of likes.

I'd love it if you went in depth with the character creator, using alot of decal's and getting the perfect colours to match the items, ect. character design and colour theory stuff, maybe even some stuff about shape language? I'm quite interested in character design, so I know a bit of that kind of stuff. but some people might be like hrmm this outfit looks off but idk how to fix it. so doing some of that would be great!

I've seen that sword I watched a video on how to get it and they said you need 15 - 20 lockpicks also one thing I wish they would add to feral is a set location ( like wildcraft ) in other words you could go to the map and click the location you want to go to once you exit the map an arrow would show up at the top of the screen ( or it would show you the location on the mini map ) it would tell you where to get and it would make traveling easier

I don't think it's unfair that beta players get early access to good items if there is gonna be a rarity system there has to be somewhat of rarity in the game if everyone was able to get every item there would be no point in trading, other then for materials or crafted items I just think they don't want people stocking up and buying 10 of each item so then they would be "beta" bc if that was the case everyone in beta testing would do that and there wouldn't be any betas anyways because there would be so much of the beta items lol. I feel like a lot of people who want to get on feral beta just want to play it to buy all the items and become super rare because they didn't get the chance in animal jam lmfao
