WELL FOLKS, THE DAY HAS OFFICIALLY ARRIVED. After MONTHS of waiting, Feral Beta has officially been released again for another round of closed beta testing, only this time, THOUSANDS of new players will be added! Feral is also expected to be entering open beta testing soon, but until then you can enjoy tons of gameplay videos about it on my channel for a sneak peak of all the new features!

Feral is a new, online, 3D animated virtual world fantasy game for teens 13+ being developed by WildWorks (the company that brought us Animal Jam and Play Wild). Its features include trading, exploring, questing, adventuring, roleplaying, interacting with mythological creatures, and developing an online social network with friends. @Paige Lambert please don't blame Clark, he's probably not even the one picking who gets in. Besides, literally *tens of thousands of people* signed up to test--the servers can't handle that many people at once. They have to let in people gradually, and they're picking people at random. They are not excluding you intentionally, I promise. Also, Pugface777 has a really informative and sweet video dedicated to those not accepted. I highly reccommend that you check out that video. It's really helpful.

@Paige Lambert Why? He's not the one choosing who gets into the beta--company CEOs usually don't do that stuff. It's most likely some other staff members. Probably the community managers or something. Even then, it's not their fault, either. I promise you'll get in the beta soon--the open beta won't be long from now, and WildWorks as a whole is doing their best to get everyone in. Instead of placing blame, why not spend your time enjoying the Fer.al community? Join a Fer.al server on Discord or watch more Fer.al videos on KZbin--there's a lot to enjoy even without being able to play.

1: The original logo has more attention to detail so the new is a downgrade on that, but I do like how the new is sleeker and more true to the Kitsune's face. Also, logos do not need to be so keen on detail so less work for the company :) 2: That would be nice, but some may not watch an hour-long of no commentary. ( Nice idea though ) If you do make this video maybe have two sections, 30 minutes to customization and character, and another 30 minutes for land and geography?

I cant wait until I can explore this game myself! I’ve never been so excited for a game! I’ve grown up with Animal Jam and Play Wild, but I’m beginning to grow out of it. I play it only once in a blue moon and always feel like I’m much older than the other players. I want a game were I can communicate more with people closer to my age, while still having some of the good aspects of AJ! I signed up for the beta, but haven’t been able to play yet. I got an email saying that I would be able to play soon and to watch my inbox, over a month ago, with no future updates. I’m dying here Wildworks!

A great video and I can’t wait to see the results of people going absolutely crazy with their Sanctuaries because I’m a former den decorator on Play Wild and just want to see the styles people have to really make their Sanctuaries unique. As for the questions I do prefer the newer logo because it’s simpler and I think that it will be easier to recognise as the Fer.al Logo. An hour of questing and resource gathering in The Marsh, The Tundra and The Valley (with their respective OST and ambiance tracks) would definitely be a nice chunk of content to see. Though I am not opposed to there being commentary because some people may want to use it as a guide during the duration of this wave/build.

A ton if people including myself were accepted into the closed beta today and I’m so excited aghhh- I’ve been in an Animal Jam roleplay group for a few years and we’ve been waiting excitedly for Feral because we think the beautiful landscapes and chat restrictions could improve the roleplay experience a lot. 1) The new logo makes more sense from a design stand point. It's more simple and clearer, and will be easier to copy + resize for the purposes of UI, websights, merch, ect. Maybe a little less interesting than an illustration, but in the cases of logos practicality is more important. 2) I would love commentary free gameplay! I love the sound of your voice and the things you have to say, but videos with just the natural Feral noises would be interesting and, as you said, help us get the feel of the game even if we can't play ourselves quite yet.

yes you should do an hour long game play! A few suggestions would be to go on quests, collect resources, explore the maps, play mini games, customize your characters, decorate and expand your den, and talk to random npc's because why not.

The new logos alright but I liked how detailed the old one was apart from the glowing eyes it just looked weird with the blur whereas the new ones are sharper. And yes I think an hour long game play vid would actually bee quite good but I think commenting on certain things like just explaining what you're doing would be helpful even if it's just text so we still have all the sound effects. For anyone who doesn't know how queen's dual works here you go: (sorry if somebody already covered this) 1. you get 6 dice, each die has 6 faces wit 4 different values Face values: Leads(dice you must place down first to lead your supporting dice into battle) Queen +3, Knight +2, Mask +1 Support(additional attack power): Sword +1 2.when you first role your dice you are able to click certain ones you wish to keep, I suggest keeping 2 queens if you have that option, or 1 queen and a knight or 2 knights. I also recommend to keep most/all swords. Then you can reroll the other dice for a chance at getting a better roll. 3.In order to win a round you must win 2 of the 3 columns, because of this, I believe the ideal hand of dice would be 2 queens and 4 swords, since you only need to win 2 rows. In order to win a column you need more attack points than the opposing side in that particular column, which you aren't aware of until you attack. In order to get the most points place your strongest leads and back them up accordingly, ideally I like to back up a queen with 1-2 swords and a knight with 2-3. If you can only lead with a mask then you likely already lost that round. 4.if you win a round then you must double up in order to gain any likes since the likes you bet are charged when you play but winning one round earns them back, so winning the first round leads to no profit. I usually bet 100 and double up to 800, 1600 is the highest double up possible. I hope this guide helped, I'm not the best at explaining things so I apologize if I left anything out and I hope you found this useful (: -Vanillabean

I like the old logo better because of the little details that look a little more mystical. That being said, the head options, I'm hoping there will be more customization or the heads will be used for other animals because the customization aspect was one of the things that drew me in.

1.) definitely like the new logo more, just more eye-catching I think. 2.) good either way but I feel like I’d be more interested if it had voiceover. Would absolutely love it if you did tours of the lands though! That would be cool!

I like the original logo and sure I would like a feral gameplay, perhaps travelling the lands, gathering ingredients and making your den look good.

1. I actually like the older logo slightly better, because of the huskier look, and the cool glowing eyes thing, but the sleek look is ok too. 2. It would be nice, because we could see more from an actual play through perspective, but I also like hearing your voice.

I love the newer logo, its clearer while the older one was a little too detailed. also i would love an hour long gameplay cuz I'm a noob at fer.al and really need a video on it to show me lmao

I really like the new logo, but I also liked the old logo too. I think it was a good change but that doesn't mean I don't like the old one! :) I don't mind if you do a longer video without commentary, I really like the soundtrack so that would be nice, but I also like commentary too, so a nice balance of both would be cool.
