WINDOW PROBLEMS - Homeowner Wants Another Opinion!

The homeowner was having 33 windows replaced in his North Carolina home and was uncomfortable with the way things were being done. He stopped the work after only 6 had been installed and set up a consultation with Honest Carpenter Consulting.
After consulting with us, the homeowner stopped the work and the contractor agreed to make it right.

I don't know what make it right means the contractor may not even have the skill level or knowledge base to make it right.

That's true, Curtiss. I'm going to do a followup with the client to see how things went.
