@@qwerdsffdsIDK it is not working for me it is only available on Windows 7 not on Windows 8.1 or 8 so yeah that's why I gives an error when installing, and even Windows 10 and 11 sucks it doesn't let me focus on my work currently on Linux, I like Windows 8.1 because my old laptop had it and it's buttery smooth, and without my graphic card drivers I can't even run 120hz so yeah 😢😅

@@monatememez1696it probably wouldn’t work because I have a gaming laptop which I installed windows 8.1 on (it has a gtx 1650) but I couldn’t find any working drivers so I just went back to windows 10. Now I use arch (btw)

I used allot the windows 8.1 when i was 9/10 years old,because a local computer technician in my city didnt know how to install windows 10, so he downloaded windows 8.1 in my pc lol,and i loved and i liked the windows store for some reason... kinda nostalgic to me

It's sad seeing 8 loosing support, I used 8 for yearsssssss and installed it on pretty modern Ryzen systems because it's just so *FAST* I mainly use Linux, but I will forever love Windows 8.

Supermium = Latest Chromiun build (Chrome) built for old versions of Windows back to XP. I'm using it now and it supports Google sync so I can keep my bookmarks/passwords sycned as per normal.

@@jackt6112 chrome should work for a while same with firefox and there is a browser called supermium which is latest chrome for unsupported oses. i use 8.1 on my core 2 duo laptop because 10 is too slow and commonwealth bank (australia) works online
