Wine slushy. Ninja Creami. Great for hot evening and extremely easy to make!

We decided to do a little experiment. I found out that you can freeze any wine and spin it on Sorbet function.
It turned out extremely good. Just like it came out of a margarita machine!
Next we will try to make margaritas and see how this will come out! 😉

Oh my gosh! I was looking for other things to make with the machine. A wine slushy is perfect. Lol..he said he didnt like wine, then proceeded to come back for a second helping and she said..no..no..no..its all mine..lol. Thanks!

Thinking about it.... I wouldn't! Kombucha will turn in to solid (hard) ice. Probably to get right ice must be mix with something else. Not by itself. No.

Wine has high alcohol content plus its sweet. Anything with alcohol do not freeze same as water. I made margarita while back. And it work just fine too. Because it was sort of soft ice. Not solid like water ice. Does it makes sense? I actually have video on margarita too. Trust me. I try to be very careful with new experiments.

Yes she is right. Think of it as those kids icey pops in the long plastic tube. Lots of sugar + high alcohol content = softer ice. Not rock hard. Don't have or Don't like wine. Make / mix Vodka and your favorite icey pop flavor shushie. Best test is if you can't scrape your frozen mix with a metal spoon. Don't put it in the ninja.

Nearly all recipes have high water content. Milk, almond milk are what people mostly use.
