Wish I could train and learn from you in your school. Unfortunately, too far away on a different continent. Therefore, thanks a million for your videos.

The demonstration was very interesting. It looked like the exercise you showed at the end was a fast way to coordinate the bows used in White Crane.

I really enjoy watching and learning but most of these applications I can not do because my Sifu does not want us doing any intake of other schools while training. which I must abide by. But hopefully if you or you're students are in new jersey, defietly make you're way to our LeeGarLun Vingtsun Maplewood NJ school. My teacher is insane knowledgeable and great person. You just can not get enough of this beautiful style, I have been blessed to be taught by a Sifu that cares about you're training and execution. Thanks Mr. Adam for you're knowledge.

Can you make a video on how to develop the one inch punch power?
@bajuszpal172 Жыл бұрын
Yes, an Interesting aspect either to jam or redirect, never force against force! Higher, eplosive speed is only when to attack or simply throghj him in almist any direction. Thank you. Paul,67

Is Adam saying Chum Kiu Fook sao? @4:41? If so can you show this in the form? I am not aware of this exact movement in the form, certainly not a double fook and certainly not with the elbow so far out... This doesn't compute from a CK perspective and looks more like something from Fukien White Crane...

It's at the beginning of CK after the laan sao and 3 pivots based on the movements in the video

can you do it in reverse where you use the 伏手 into the 攤手?
@gerrykola2 жыл бұрын
Absolutely. Not only can you do it in reverse during your drills; you MUST. A great way for you to become familiar with your Siu Nium Tao is: join isolated movements into double & triple strikes, just like the one Sifu Adam so kindly showed here. My sifu taught me to start all drills with the non-leading hand, slow, precise & relaxed. Then find the Fa Jing feeling (long bridge explosive power) while staying relaxed. We do this alternating hands & reversing the sequence. So you effectively quadruple your drill. And just to clarify: although Adam said it's Tan sao into Fuk sao the movement shown here is ACTUALLY Tan Sao into Biu Sao (both palm and forearm angle are facing down, parallel to the ground, while Fuk sao is vertical) In application both Biu sao & Fuk Sao are ok to use after a Tan sau because both use the oppposite arm rotation to Tan Sau; both work great. Hope this helps you brother/sister

You're really believing that this works , an amateur boxer knocks out this master 🤣
@gerrykola2 жыл бұрын
Troll thinks technique doesn't work because troll can't identify it's usefulness. Clearly this information is waaaaaay beyond your experience & understanding of combat. Judging from such amateur-ish (child-ish) comment it's clear enough your boxing skills are amateur-ish too. Probably prepubescent. Since we are making assumptions & imaginary knockouts, I'll say: I can knock you down without even knowing your height, weight or age. It'd be so easy if your mind state mirrors your comment. LOL!!
