Hello brother(Sifu.. if you don't mind me saying it).. Thank you so much for this video. Very good illustrations indeed & I want to learn this martial art since I know nothing of any martial art. Is there any step by step for beginners(illustrated in videos from lesson 1 onwards) that you can recommend to me. In fact, there are presently 2 types of martial arts which had taken me with great interest & deep respect. First is Wing Chun, of course; & the other is certainly, Krav Maga. These 2 types of martial arts which I had done some researching that they are certainly very, very reliable for any self defence purpose during those time of physical threats & bodily harm. I would be very grateful if you can kindly recommend to me on some video recordings for this type of Wing Chun martial art for someone who is practically a beginner & also knows nothing at all on any form of martial art.. & thank you in advance for this ! 😉😊

@@frequencyexpert Especially cool if a wrestler has a hold of your legs and the only way out is to spin out and kick the arms holding it depending on the force it is taking them. The legs have to be as sensitive as the arms since it is neglected for chi sao use by almost every Wing Chun instructor.

Although I am far from a master, I would like to advise that breathing and a calm demeanor are vital to any martial arts curriculum, even seemingly brutal sports like muay thai and boxing emphasize the importance of having steady, controlled breathing along with solid balance and a strong center. Meditation, stretching, and the practice of stance and form are the essential foundation of a strong mind and body, first you must condition yourself to get rid of bad habits, like unnecessary movements or bad posture, and begin to build and reinforce good habits, strength and balance, challenge yourself regularly and push your limit. Most importantly, be passionate and follow through with everything you do, when you strike, push through and penetrate your target, when you move, commit and never hesitate or change your mind. You must be focused and calm, don't ever become overly frustrated, or try to embrace adrenalin, that will only make you miss harder and flinch more. Also drink lots of water when you train and if something hurts bad, don't be afraid to rest.
