Practice is everything! My personal challenge is to talk to at least one woman I dont know at every event I attend. Not every conversation will go well (and many didn't LOL) because you are not going to be everyone's "cup of tea" or you might not like the person you started talking to. But it's a process worth getting out of your comfort zone for! May it be so for you!

I've been watching all your videos for the last month or so. You are so wise and willing to help cure the cluelessness in us. All I can think about, is what a catch you would be. Communication is so critical in a relationship and you get my gold star. Being dumped after 30+ years of marriage, I am clueless on how to begin anew. You are helping me understand so much that just knowing what is good and bad about meeting and dating, is improving my confidence. Thank you

I broke through by joining a dating program. One with limits, not like a modern app that good for spreading diseases. I talked on the phone, then in person in a public place if the phone call went well. I got used to not only rejection, but rejecting. I was never more attractive than when I pulled back in a nice way.

It sometimes is a challenge to always have something to talk about to break silent pauses...that's interesting, relevant and not seductive (about sex or encouraging sex). Many years ago I found a golden source for current, relevant trivia that can make you seem smart and interesting on many subjects. They allow you to converse with knowledge of many current issues with often a more accurate accounting than most other sources. Many science and tech magazines have short articles (2-3 para's to half page) of common interests with uncommon knowledge. Popular Science, Popular Mechanics, Discover, Science Digest, many others. Read those short articles and you become able create a conversation on many current, trending issues. You can speak with authority and not fear much challenge. Great for ending pregnant pauses. Often can cause an energetic conversation if you pick the right subject. Works.

Just wanted to comment on mirroror feelings. When I first met "my friend" some 9 months ago, she really started to challenge who I thought I was. She gave me some time, but I had a lot of crap to get out of me, and wasn't stable enough to handle her, so I kind of avoided her. Then she moved on, still somewhat friendly but distant. At last Friday night's halloween party, we sat (by chance) at the same table, she smiled and was actually pleased that I was there, and seemed encouraging and couldn't believe that I could dance (I give her credit for bringing on change, and the other lass for dragging me onto the floor). And somehow I have to believe that anyone who can do this to me, also had some movement in her. And I came to another realization yesterday that surprised me. I denied for my whole life that I wanted to get married, and I give "my friend" credit for unseating that desire. And I think, based on how I feel and have felt since knowing her, that she had plenty of movement in her. I guess more will follow,

@@jodycorbett4426 @Jody Corbett why do you think that you feel nervous talking to a pretty woman Jody? The fact that you are trying to better yourself by learing from this channel tells me that you are more knowledgeable about relationships than most others out there. Invest in yourself. @@64maxpower Hahaha! A free puppy is one thing but if it were a free kitten then this deal is as good as done! Honestly though, I wield a bit of humility in my comments sometimes. Although I was divorced last year (29 years of marriage/34 together) from essentially the only woman I have ever been with, I do feel relatively confident when speaking with women these days. Not dating yet and have never been on the dating apps but I'm responsive, polite, maintain eye contact and infuse conversation with humor and some level of intelligence if I do say so myself. Becoming a better listener, too! Prone to simping so I'm ridding myself of that foolishness, establishing better boundaries, feeling great even when alone (self-soothing) and upgrading my wardrobe, staying clean internally as well as externally. Carving wooden spoons and doing stained glass, getting close again to my family of origin...yeah, doing alright! Thank you @64 for taking the time to offer some advice. That's appreciated!

This is really helpful and almost all of the conversations I done it right. I use my real voice because I start with "Hmm" when I talking to anyone in real life, but there were a time I gets nervous and my voice is totally different like you said here. I do have a bold eye contact and I won't blink I done it right and yes, it's a practice and that's the reason even now I'm writting a comment to you to build that skill without any fear, even talking to you here is a practice that I'm practicing how to engage in conversations. I used to say you are beautiful in the beginning but now as I walk through the path of virtues, perfection and holiness I cannot give you such compliments my friend. If you are mine I can give you more and more such beautiful compliments, but maybe you are married to an another person or even if you are single. There is no way we can be together and Yes, this is the practice and I am telling the reality. There is one women there for me I don't know who it is and I can enjoy my life with her possibly.

Hi Anna, I watch your videos and also Corey Wayne, and Dan Bacon. There is a lot of agreement between the ideas, way more coherence between them than contrast. Corey Wayne thinks you should go up and say Hi what's you're name ? and not give your own name to see if she asks your name back, it would indicate more interest if she asks. He says you should wait till she initiates touch, or standing too close etc, as indicating attraction, and her inviting touch a bit. Thanks for explaining about women, it rings true and makes sense. People say to me, all women are different and you can't generalize ( they don't know what the ideas actually are), well I think, yes all women are different in the type of guy they want, but I wouldn't/shouldn't try if she's not attracted. I think, though all people are different, there are commonalities, like women want to feel safe, and that you are confident etc.

Anna shares her top seven conversation tips to attract women, emphasizing the importance of genuine and engaging interactions. Here's a summary of her advice: 1. **Conversation, Not Conversion**: Anna advises focusing on the conversation itself rather than trying to convert it into a phone number, date, or relationship. This approach reduces nervousness and makes the interaction more natural. 2. **Use Your Real Voice**: She highlights the importance of using your natural voice, as a nervous, higher-pitched voice can make both you and the woman feel uneasy. 3. **Use Her Name**: According to Anna, using a woman's name in conversation makes her feel seen and acknowledged, fostering a sense of familiarity and comfort. 4. **Bold Eye Contact**: Anna suggests maintaining eye contact slightly longer than feels comfortable to build tension and demonstrate confidence. 5. **Casual Body Language**: She recommends relaxed and natural body language to make the woman feel at ease and safe. 6. **Touching Appropriately**: Anna advises on breaking the touch barrier in a casual and brief manner, akin to how you might touch a friend, to foster closeness and comfort. 7. **Unrestrained Laughter**: Encouraging genuine laughter, she explains that this can release feel-good endorphins and associate positive emotions with your presence. Throughout these tips, Anna emphasizes the importance of practice and being genuine in your approach. She advises practicing conversations in various settings to improve communication skills and become more at ease in conversations with women you're attracted to.

When i've pushed my female friends ( lesbian couple + girlfriends of two best friends ) during us going out dancing about interactions with women , they actually say i should ' take action ' way sooner, although those interactions aren't long at all. ( repeated 5-10 minute conversations with a woman in between dancing ) Contradicts the advice one usually hears about women prolonging the conversation if they like you. And they say these females like me most of the time. Women : figuring out what they want in the moment can be challenging. "Follow your instincts " is what my friends say , but if i were to do that , it sometimes means touching and kissing them in a matter of minutes. ( in these going out situations ) " Indeed " , my female friends reply to this. Boggles my mind to think i would have such an effect in such small ( repeated ) conversations and it would be that easy. By the way , your energy seems very much OK today , lovely lady. Good.

Work it into the discussion or story "I own a BMW" becomes "My car needs more attention than my last girlfriend" Guaranteed she'll ask what kind of car you drive. Then you tell her nonchalantly and change the topic so it isn't obvious you're waiting for her to be impressed. Or you ask her if she's into old school gas cars or electric, an easy segue. Women read between the lines or ask questions to find out. Always if they're interested. If they're not interested, you could drive a Bentley and it won't matter (unless she's a gold digger, which you don't want anyway).

I do have trouble with unrestrained laughter, to answer the video prompt. As an internal processor and analytical type, I tend to like controlling my actions closely in a conversation so that I make the right decisions, kind of like a chess game where you think about all the moves and what could happen in response. If I let go, I don't want to do something I regret. When I think about it, though, you shouldn't have to be too alert or careful around a woman if she's the right fit for you. By laughing unrestrained, you can test a woman to see how you feel around her and if you feel safe and good around her, just as she is wondering if you are safe and good for her as well. What does she think about the real you? If she doesn't like that person, you can know by being genuine from the very beginning not just with laughter, but with anything. That also helps with nervousness, I think, especially if she's extremely pretty. Since men are very visually wired, it's easier to want to change yourself for physically beautiful women in order to land the "hot chick", but you shouldn't allow a woman's physical appearance to define your identity or whether you pursue her since it's only one trait (and not the most important one), even if it's easy to get distracted by her looks. By aiming to be natural, you know that your genuine self on the inside matters in the end and it will be easier to not get distracted by the outside. She may be a 10 on the outside, but if she treats you poorly and isn't compatible with you, she's not an overall 10 at all for you. A 7 or 6 in looks who is really nice and compatible is way better than a 10 in looks who's mean and who you have to change for in order to impress. You have little idea who a person is beyond your intuition just by looking at them, so focusing on the inside is what matters. Focusing on her inside can also help with eye contact with a woman and especially an attractive one. In trying to not think about something making you nervous, you are still thinking about it, so it's easier to think about something else, which in this case would be her inside instead of her looks.

Good conversation isn't just a skill. It is an art. Why does one sleep? Why does one eat? Why does one converse? Like writing a poem and writing a song, the goal of good conversation is to inform and maybe even entertain in an unusual way. There isn't much I have to add to your excellent tips and other advice, but the casual, friendly touch part is something best left to the time after there have been a number of conversations and at least one date. Unfortunately there are women with ulterior motives, so a man needs to weed them out before he touches a woman. Women are very curious people; they like to know, especially about interpersonal relationships. If you can tell a woman something that she did not know before, especially some profound truth, she will grow in her affection for you. Try to find a topic you know a lot about that you think would be interesting to a woman and weave it in the conversation. Since I have wide interest and knowledge of music, it's a very easy subject for me to weave in a conversation. Good, clean, and clever humor is always great, and a man can go far by learning how to be humorous. Laughter is a great tool in many situations, not just romance. Cornball jokes that I invent are a favorite of mine, but I always warn people that they are cornball before telling them. A cornball joke is one of those things where it's so bad that it's good. I'm not afraid to laugh my butt off in front of anyone if something is truly funny. When a woman laughs, a man receives his own great reward, because a woman looks and sounds beautiful when she laughs. Oh my, yes she does!😍

Yeah, I am terrible at making and holding eye contact. It feels like to me that people are staring at me. And, right now the fewer people that notice me the better. I was one of the kids in grade school that go made fun of often for everything that I did. And, also I do not like the sound of my laugh or my voice either. I try to talk as least as possible and laugh as least as possible also. ☹️ I know I struggle and suck at every single aspect of trying to attract the women I am actually attracted to. I need serious help. But, I do not have enough or make enough money to actually pay someone like you, Anna or Marni Kinrys. I hope to some day. The bad part is that I already just turned 37. ☹️

Hey Bob, everybody has something about themselves that they don't like. A guy may not like being bald, short, etc. There are so many things, but there is more about a person than one or two attributes. A lot of these so-called "unattractive" things really don't matter. First thing to do is accept your laugh and the sound of your voice. The second thing to do is work on building your confidence by taking inventory of your strengths and positive attributes. If you don't have many, get started on building your skills and abilities. They will build your confidence. Understand that everyone and I mean everyone is in the same boat with the same set of fears and worries. Don't be afraid of rejection. See rejection as a sign that a relationship isn't going to work (better to fail before it started). You have to go through a lot of dirt before you find gold. Take it all in stride and most of all just be you. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and what you think is unattractive, a woman may find attractive.

I haven't had a good belly laugh in a long time, until this Halloween, I went to a party in the lobby of my building, and, one of my fellow owners is a bit of an amateur magician, we were introduced, and he reaches behind my ear, and pulls out a plastic "worm" out of my ear. I just burst out laughing, it wasn't that funny, but, I couldn't control myself, and we all were laughing! It felt good.

I don’t hold good eye contact. I think it’s because growing up I’ve been shy. I think I’m learning to get out of that now. Another coach that Artison says to do the three second rule. Three seconds, then approach her right away and shake. Hi my name is Jared Shaw what’s your name? Etc.. they say the best way to build. Trust is through proper touch, example and shake. Actor George Clooney, who I’ve met shakes hands with everybody. Most of the most successful people shake hands with everybody.

Looking at the brevity of your replies Sunday and the slight tardiness of your responses here makes me concerned that maybe you aren't feeling so well this week. Please let me know if I'm wrong. You're looking good on the video, but that may have been weeks before for all I know. The material is strong -- not earth-shattering -- but very solid. I've found great times to practice conversation include waitresses, grocery checkout women, and even ladies doing the drive-in line at fast food places (though I need to keep it brief, obviously). But, then again, this is practice, so I can focus on one or two things for a few seconds, or on building rapport with someone I see semi-regularly. This is particularly useful for developing humor when talking with a stranger. Praying for you earnestly. -- Russ P PS/Mr. T. sends some loving wet-nosed slobber as well. ;)

Two points. Men are not touchy people, we dont go around touching people in conversion, so this a rather big conscious step to make. 2. Practice always helps, but the problem is while practicing I have mislead a string of women who thought I was interested in them. I then had to become cold and heartless to turn them off, which hurt their feelings and mine. So if you are going to practice, I suggest practicing flirt on so called "higher status" women.

If men were brought up in a 'touchy, huggy' surrounding, then they will be too! its very particular to culture, and Mediterranean cultures I believe are more often these types. Brought up in Germanic cultures, we are not comfortable with touching strangers.
