I feel like he's the only professional jobber among the active YugiTubers. MBT, Farfa, Nyhm, Cimooo and even Coder will flex on their opponent and act up like any loss is due to their opponent just getting lucky but Dzeeff is the only one who's all "Let's see if I lose narrowly or badly this time" while playing along with his opponent's jokes about how they will crush him this time. Also remembering that he's hosting the slapfest on his own channel thus making it part of his brand.

Doug, you should have attacked with Scrap Dragon over his Fire Hand, which he would have destroyed the Scrap Dragon. Then, you would have special summoned back Scrap Golem and attacked over the Ice Hand when you had no backrow, and then MP2 you would bring back the Scrap Raptor and make Twin Scrap Dragon as a way to get back the Golem again. But at least you’re consistent with not reading for this series 😂

The defeat in Doug's voice when he said "but you're older than me" was magical. Also I think Doug could have summoned a monster to MBT's field with Golem and then bounced it and the hand with Twin, not sure if it would have changed anything as he probably would have just summoned the hand next turn and crashed a bunch but it would have been a hard flex.

Oh, Doug absolutely could have. If, instead of using his second normal on Chimera to revive Raptor and go into Dragon, he used his second normal to tribute TG Striker for Golem, then he could have revived Raptor and made Twin with the first Golem, then revived a Scrap to MBT's field with the second Golem (it's a soft once per turn). Then Twin pops Factory or Golem while bouncing the hand and his own Scrap. And crashing a bunch doesn't really do MBT many favours anyway. Scrap Dragon and Scrap Twin Dragon both float into a non-synchro Scrap when destroyed by the opponent. If either ever gets popped by Fire Hand, Doug revives Golem, which will itself revive Raptor and Doug gets to repeat his plays over again. And get more Scraps onto the field in the process if Factory is still onboard. MBT understood this. Doug didn't.

Game 2 Doug could have used Silent Graveyard pitch Golem, Lube summon Golem, Tribute Golem for Vanity, and then attacked over the hand, right? Like, even if the hand could trigger (it can't ss so it doesn't), there would be no S/T to pop so it wouldn't resolve.

I love you to death Dzeeff but that scrap play was so crusty, easily could've wiped Mind Pollution his Ice Hand, tribute it for cost of Econ, snatch Giant Hand, Tribute it for Scrap Golem, Activate Golem for Chimera, Synch into Archfiend, Scrap Lube the Golem back, Used your equip spells to boost the attack and OTK but I understand why you wouldn't because that requires all your resources and he could've easily pulled a Battle Trick card like Kuriboh but UGHH, happy thoughts :)

its a year late, but the play is set metalfoes fusion, shoot fusion and fire hand, fire hand shoots scrap dragon summons ice hand, scrap dragon summons golem summons raptor. regardless of whether we have raptor plays available or not, we can just make twin scrap run over ice hand and set cards and pass since ice hand can't shoot at that point.
