Hello!! I’m not sure if you’ll ever see this comment but I’ve worked at Costco for 25 years. Some of those in the food court. We actually mixed the chicken and bacon with the ceaser dressing so it all was coated. Also, back in the day we added green onions to that as well. Super yummy. After we roll it we brush with the ceaser dressing and roll it in Parmesan cheese!! Hope this helps for next time!! Love your channel!!

That rubbery “waffle-like” shelf liner is a better alternative than a damp towel for stabilizing your cutting board. Cut to the size you need. No laundry and it lasts forever! 🌺

A couple of sheets of wet paper towels squeezed out and lay flat then put the cutting board on it, and the cutting board will NOT move. Then just toss the paper towel in the trash.

Here un Argentina we call the chicken cutlets "SUPREMAS" and its a very normal lunch or dinner. If we do it with red meat, it is called MILANESA, and we eat it with lemon juice on top.

Hi Becky! When I want dough to roll into a rectangle shape, I first roll it into a tight ball like I would with rolls. Then I cut an X in the dough and unfold it into a square. Claire Safftiz did that once when she made puff pastry and now I use it all the time!

Although I totally agree with you Joanne, Becky would be super popular on The Food Network - I think her family values, lifestyle and homesteading would be curtailed quite a bit by being part of a large Network. Plus, by doing her own channel, and having so much watcher & sponsor support, she is probably able to be more flexible and enjoy her work/hobby without the over control of a BIG TV Network.

Hi Becky: I agree with those who are saying that they don’t have a problem with sponsorships - to a point. Several of the KZbinrs that I watch have taken so many sponsorships that one week it’s “these are my favorite sheets” or “this is my favorite probiotic” and two weeks later it’s as if those companies never existed and there is a new favorite. I don’t trust any of the products they recommend at this point. Please don’t let that happen to you! Love your videos!

My boyfriend and I made the Hot Honey chicken tonight. It was sooooo good!! The only difference was we used less oil, we should have used more, and we double dredged the chicken. We should have only done one dredge. We served it with cous cous and roasted broccoli.

Hi from Australia. The first recipe is called Chicken Schnitzel in Australia and it's available at all good eateries here. Love to make them at home. Will try your hot honey sauce, but will put it in a container on the side for the wimps. I usually make pepper sauce (gravy). Love your work, lovely lady. ❤

Hi Becky great recipes ! I learned a trick from my late mother for cutting chicken breasts thinly, chicken breast should be semi frozen and it’s a lot easier to cut them into thin cutlets. Might want to give it a try next time. Have a great day and blessings to your family 🥰🥰

If there’s a dish or food that we like to eat out I get a recipe and make it at home. It tastes SO MUCH BETTER than fast food. I’m not really a fan of fast food. I didn’t grow up on it. I love to watch Becky cook. I enjoy this vicariously because I mostly don't cook anymore due to progressive disability. Question about fresh herbs: I have the cilantro-tastes-bad gene. Is there something to replace it in most recipes? As for dill, I was happy to see it used here as it is my absolute favourite. I just might try to make that ranch dressing.

The creamy chicken orzo was soooo good, I followed the preparation instuctions but used what i already had instead and cheaper alternatives to some things, ex: roma instead of cherry tomatoes, milk instead of cream and knorr chicke bouillon for chicken broth. I had some parmesan I got on sale that needed eating so i added that and skipped the pesto andnit turned out great

I love orzo! Years ago I was craving creamy mushroom risotto but I didn't have any rice. I used orzo instead, but I basically cooked it like regular risotto (it just cooked faster). That "accidental" dish became a family favorite that I cook for every important family meal. Delicious!

Thank you for fun ideas! Made a version of the chicken orzo in the crock pot. Now the orzo was a little mushy BUT everyone cleaned the plate so, life is good!

Best time of day is when we get a video from u ! Thank u 🙏 necktie meed to do this with pork but we pound it ! Like veal cutlets. Put sauce on it bake it with cheese so good ! Becky want to share with u if u have a lot Cherie tomatoes put hand full on small plates tha put other plate on top use your big knife slice between. U will cut 20 in one slice ! I learn this from a chef show

For vegetarian version of orzo dish, sub in mushrooms for chicken or add mushrooms to chicken version for extra veggies.
