I switched to macadamia milk and it is so delicious! They say it helps with inflammation as I was also told about the oat milk thing for skin concerns as I’ve been dealing with flare ups. Xx

Zoe, I’m excited for your hen-do & wedding 💒 . Please stop listening to people saying swap this milk, cut out this out of your diet, cut out that. It will drive you insane! The majority of adult acne is down to the body’s own reaction to your own hormones. I really don’t want you to be insecure about your skin during this really special time of your life. You need a dermatologist and to take medication orally. Spirinolactone or a low dose Accutane will fix that. Even a short course of antibiotics to get you through your hen do and wedding. You have to tackle the issue/imbalance from the inside. All these creams will do is try and heal what’s come up, you need to stop them coming up, or they will scar. These medications take a while to work so I’d start now xx

Hey, recently I’ve been having issues with people (family and friends) judging me for my weight. I’ve been weight training for around 6 years, I was super slim before I started weight training and have actually put on weight due to muscle gain. I still have a small figure but am super proud with how far I’ve come. I’m a happy weight but everyone around me is so used to being on the bigger side that they call me skinny and it’s starting to turn into slim shaming. What would you do? It gets me down. 😢
