I discovered that the first disc isn't actually a zero disc, did you pick using a front disc tensioning pick?

Thanks a lot PB, this is one giveaway you didn't win ;-) Either you didn't enter or your magic dust is wearing out!! The DD has proven to be more troublesome than I thought, there is very little room between each disc so my pick will have to be modified a huge amount. Also the front disc doesn't seem to be a zero disc like most locks so I don't think I can tension from it.
