At roughly the 5 minute mark of your video, you displayed a NOAA map of snowfall from OCT 1 2022, through Feb 15 of 2023. Too bad it was not through April of 2023. Because i took about an 8 day trip starting in SLC, from about May 16 to May 24, 2023. Up through southern ID, eastern OR, eastern Wash state. 3rd full day I began just east of Spokane, drove up north into extreme northern ID, then E and SE along US 2 all the way to Kalispell MT, a few miles SW of Glacier NP. That section of western MT, Northwest Wyoming. and ESPECIALLY SE Idaho, got pounded !!! with heavy snow!! From the ID -MT border and for remainder of trip mostly down to Logan UT, every single river was a raging torrent!!! First the Kootenai. Then from southern end of Flathead Lake to Missoula MT, the Flathead River. Also raging. Then the Clark Fork River between Missoula and Butte MT. Same thing. Incredible to see so much water!!

5th night I stayed in Belgrade, MT, very close to Bozeman, MT. Next morning I drove south for about 90 miles along the Gallatin River, to town of West Yellowstone, MT. Even more incredible raging torrents. I had driven along that same road in late Sept 2019, only northbound, and the Gallatin was flowing strong then. But NOTHING like May of 23! Drove into YNP at the West Entrance, and still more madness. Just south of Old Faithful (but uphill from it), there is a beautiful series of waterfalls called the Kepler Cascade. It was ROARING!!! Then back to north, on to the Gibbon River and its waterfall. Spectacular!! I stayed overnight in Gardiner, MT, a wonderful town just outside of the North Entrance. Had a room that overlooked the Yellowstone River!! I had stayed there just the previous May, of 2022. And the bank on far side (east of my room) had been radically change by the worst flood in YNP history, June of 2022. And yes, of course , same with the Ystone River. Raging. Loud.

The next day I drove to Canyon Lake area in central section of YNP. Huge snowdrifts left over from the giant winter. Then on to Lower Yellowstone Falls. One of America's most beautiful places. Water roaring over that too. Then on to Yellowstone Lake. Drove south along it, down the west side of Y Lake. Monday, May 22. There was an area of ice still on the lake!!! Not that small, either!! 2 months after the equinox, and there was an ice cap of probably several ACRES!!! I felt like I was in the Twilight Zone. Later that day went further south through the South Entrance of YNP into Grand Teton NP. No rivers there in northern half of GTNP, but both Jackson and Jenny Lakes (also iconic for its beauty) were full to the brim. Then still more south past Jackson. Following US 89 still further south. With the of course raging Snake River beside me.

So sick of the shit weather pattern we have been in since 2020 here in NY. I moved upstate 7 years ago expecting awesome winters but only my first 2 winters were great. The rest have been dreadful.

I do think you are the best at forecasting but i want to give you one critique and thats the 480p which makes reading the chart legends very hard especially on a bigger device

I was watching the weather guy from Ohio. He was doing his winter outlook. He was saying December was gonna be warm in January February. It was gonna be a blow torch compare what you’re saying colder

These predictions are nothing more than entertainment nowadays. Everyone was saying last Winter was going to be oh so terrible & freezing when it wasn't. Meteorologists can't even accurately predict what the weather is going to do in 24 hrs. Sunday here in central Virginia we were only supposed to get ⅒ of an inch of rain & we ended up getting around ½ an inch. I can't tell you how many times I've taken screenshots of the forecasts & did so for a week or more & then show just how drastically the forecast changes by the time that day arrived. Hell, I've taken a screenshot shot of the forecast & an hour later it's completely changed. It's just fun to watch anymore but I don't believe much of what's out out there anymore. God is ultimately in control & He'll dictate what the weather does in the end.
