BAMBI’S BATH ROUTINE IS THE CUTEST THING I’VE SEEN ALL DAY 😭❤️
@GenuineGlow7 жыл бұрын
I wasn't ready for the cuteness overload at the end--it was adorable!! 💕 I mainly use coconut oil for hair masking because it is the only oil that can actually penetrate the hair shaft and repair damage. It's a bit too greasy to use for moisturizing dry hair ends on a daily basis, so I use Argan for that purpose. Your hair is divine--I need to try that shampoo/conditioner asap.
@Sportdiva77 жыл бұрын
Genuine Glow I need to start using coconut oil as a mask! I have in the past and moved away from it. It's good to know that it's the best for repair. I think that shampoo is Canadian. I haven't been able to find it at any health food stores.
@ohaunnameyer21857 жыл бұрын
So I hate to be this person but you can't repair hair damage. It isn't living cells so once it's damaged, it's damaged.
@TracyD27 жыл бұрын
Ohaunna Meyer lol. We know. It helps prevent damage and condition the hair and hair massages helped my hair immensely.
@soliriabridges14707 жыл бұрын
Hydration prevents damage, but nothing can repair what's broken on the hair because, unfortunately, hair is basically a bunch if dead cells when it exceeds the scalp; and dead cells can't repair themselves. :/
@jdizzle7087 жыл бұрын
Olive oil penetrates the hair shaft too, and it works really well on my ends.
@晶-c7i6 жыл бұрын
People who are saying this is so extra... I mean it really depends on how often she does this. As someone who also has long hair, I'll do a hair care oil and wash routine once every 2 WEEKS. Otherwise it's just a quick body rinse in the shower. Hair does not need to be washed as often as people do it, and for those of us who grow it out very long, we've learned this and wash it very seldom. So please I'm sure she uses less water than those who shampoo and wash their hair daily.
@lgempet28695 жыл бұрын
晶 I have long hair & wanted to do more....have been adding more steps including scalp massage, hair oils, deep conditioning, & an improved vitamin supplement. Definitely seeing results though only wash my hair 1-2 times/week. Self-care is good even though her list is a little long for me....however, if she has time for it, good for her!😊👍🏻
@d.bcooper49914 жыл бұрын
Yes! Thank you! I also have longer hair and am growing it out even longer, and one of the biggest things is maintaining the ends, which does require work! You don’t have to spend a fortune on your hair products, but she clearly can afford it so let her be. She washes her hair about once a week I remember her saying, so she’s really doing one “pampering day” a week. I do almost all the stuff she does because I love hair care! Of course there are some who don’t care for their hair as much and don’t want to do this, which is totally okay! Different strokes for different folks.

Because I'm pretty sure the snack would be put into a bowl and be left at a countertop or something, you wouldn't eat the half of it and toss the rest of it on the floor.😄 Live your lives guys, don't worry about such things. Even if bacterias where to enter food like this (by bath snacking for god shakes) our bodies have evolved to tolerate MANY bacterias and coliform too. (You could possibly find the same bacterias who live in the bathroom, living in your kitchen as well) So be cautious and mindful when you cook, not about where you snack😄 As long as you keep your space clean and the air in the room fresh, you've got absolutely nothing to worry about.

Being into natural cosmetics, plant based skin care and low chemical beauty is totally a hobby in which you will want to but your time and money into. The truth is you will never get the same results with your cheap shower gel, makeup wipes and synthetic lotion she probably does with her multistage routine. After getting to know naturally certified cosmetics and the philosophy around that holistic area I couldn't understand her passion more. Having a full lenght shower (or as a Finn, sauna) routine once in a while is where I enjoy all the scents, textures and effects of my lovely products and take some healthy relaxing time for myself. And of course it's absolutely not buying everything at once how you would get where she is, it's product by product switching your collection towards a more and more natural one. I live with roommates, pay rent and study with no work aside, but naturally and cost affectively taking care of myself is still totally something I don't mind paying for. For me it has done what i asked for so well. Of course you may also want to stay minimalistic in some areas, like I do with my hair (usually only shampoo bars and vinegar rinses), and that is just as fine too. Just see that there is completely different philosophy behind here compared to "the quicker and cheaper the better" school of thought which much of the developed world today represents, and at the same time adds to all the difficoulties around the cosmetics industry. I have hard time accepting the fact that this would be completely fine for most commenters if her collection would be about glam makeup. Why is committed skin care routine so much stranger idea? I totally should not be.

A good natural brand that's a bit cheaper is Chagrin Valley. They are all organic and natural too and they are really good, but a lot more inexpensive and they have a wide range of products.

Yazmin Stubbs there's a really cool brand in the UK called Dr. Organics. ArtNaturals on Amazon is also a good brand for oils and serums.

tatiana rivest she's vegan tho... She could literally shower for days on end and it wouldn't really waste much water compared to eating meat 😂
@krystalflores84987 жыл бұрын
tatiana rivest maybe she turns the water off. looks like it's only on when it's time for rinsing 🤔 which makes sense because it's not good to constantly have water running on your skin, plus wastes more product too.

Blair littvay you don't have to use exactly what she uses! buy some argan oil and rosemary or tea tree essential oil and you're already on your way! just pick one or two things and slowly build your supply. a lot of that stuff you can make yourself too! I personally use jojoba oil as a moisturizer for my face and grapeseed oil and rosemary/lavender essential oils for my scalp, an investment I made over a year ago and I've only had to buy more grapeseed oil ($7/bottle)
@Phyreflyte7 жыл бұрын
ryismazin That’s what I do! You can purchase cold pressed, organic oils online for under $10 a bottle usually. I use jojoba, argan, and apricot the most. One bottle can last me a year, even when I mix the oils in my body lotion. You can easily make your own hair serums and oil cleansers for under $50, with tons of oil leftover for other uses. When it comes to pricier things like facial serums or masks and such, I usually just purchase one item a month and find something in my price range. The nice thing about these products is because they are mostly oils and high quality, they last months, even a year. I’d rather buy just a few expensive items that work than buy a lot of cheaper quality body care items or purchase a lot of makeup to make my skin look better. Diet also plays a huge role.

Magic Spells I tried the no-poo method for a while (baking soda and ACV) some people wash with conditioner only to stop harsh chemicals. depends on your hair type. I've found that splurging for calia has made my hair so much better and washed less often. I can afford it bc I only wash once a week now.
@1lovetheocean7 жыл бұрын
ryismazin that's awesome! I've been washing mine with Dr. Bronner's lavender classic liquid soap and it kinda works! But i imagine Calia's shampoos are way more healthy...

This woman is a gentle delicate flower I think she is lovely.... its very rude to say mean things just because someone is taking care of themselves. It seems to me there is alot of woman in this comment section that should go and pamper themselves cause it seems alot of you guys are suffering from a serious case of hater-itis.

BTW, snacking in the shower in super unhealthy. Digestion won't work properly if you are talking a shower coz your blood is distributed among your whole body and digestion needs the blood to be concentrated in the abdominal area and around the colon. It just won't work.

Also I've been thinking this for a while now...I think it's so great that you're using all of these natural products straight from the earth, but I was just wondering how you give back to it? So often, we humans take the earth for granted, indulge in it and use it as if it's such an easily disposable thing. But how often do we give back such as by volunteering to clean up the environment, plant trees, conserve water, and use these natural products sparingly and with gratitude and care? I think you are such a beautiful girl and I'm delighted that you're sharing your routine, but I really want to know how it is you give back so that others can be motivated to do so as well :)
@chloerinell7847 жыл бұрын
using natural products actually is a way of giving back because you arent releasing chemicals into the environment via your sink or shower drain.

I didn’t know there were brushes for detangling wet hair! I’ve been growing mine out for years and it’s very long and gets matted quickly if not brushed through. I’ll look into getting a brush as well as possibly looking into and buying/making some of the hair products you mentioned! Great video 👍✨

SimplyySara25 coupon code is 1717 I think it's just 10% maybe 20%. I forget. It's still a lot. Amazon has cheaper oils. Look up Ayurvedic hair oils. Read the ingredients though. Some might have silicones and other unnecessary ingredients.

You can use any oil to massage your scalp. Olive oil is a good one, grapeseed, coconut and avacado oils are good budget friendly ones too :) if you have a dry scalp and if you can afford it, buy some tea tree essential oil and mix just a couple drops with any oil I listed and you'll have a good pre poo scalp treatment. There is no need to buy expensive hair products when stuff from the grocery store works just as well.

I'm so amazed I'm not the only one who loves bringing a fruit or a healthy drink in to the shower, sometimes I bring a nice cold brewed tea summer days and on cold winter nights warm tea. Some days a ACV drink or Kambuchas! not sure if there is any benefits on this custom but is been my thing since a child my family things I used to be weird about this.....I'm not I guess???

idk why some are hating, like if you want to invest in this intensity of self care, you can. there is no one stopping you. it's just i don't see why people have the need to invalidate others for their need to care for themselves. everyone should care for themselves like this, but others spend more time eerie to. stop bringing others down especially when it has nothing to do with you.

OMG Your pup is so cute I’m crying 😭 Thanks for all your tips! I’m trying to grow my hair out naturally right now. I used to dye my hair a lot but it had started to feel like literal straw, so a year ago I chopped off all that straw-hair into a pixie cut. I had like, no hair, which was a change for someone who had long hair all her life. It really made me appreciate my hair, so I can totally see why you would get good quality products for your hair. Some people might not know what it takes to grow hair that long and have it be so healthy! It takes WORK y’all. Your videos are inspiring to me; my hair is just past shoulder length right now but I hope that my hair is as long as yours one day! Thanks girl! Thumbs up from Texas! Xoxo

I’m not sure if you could answer this, but any tips for hair with psoriasis? Just looking for natural ways to treat my skin and hair after using prescription creams and shampoos :)
@bnelson29127 жыл бұрын
Cassandra ZayZAY I have plaque psoriasis too, and these last few months I’ve been having more and more issues with my scalp. What I’ve found (that helps lots) is that after the prescriptions have all settled into my skin or before a shower, I brush my hair back, put it into sections, and apply jojoba oil and olive oil liberally (scalp only) then I like to apply an organic shea butter to moisturize my scalp. Letting it sit for literally as long as possible. Sometimes I find that just the oils isn’t enough moisture/protectant for my skin. I do that three times a week if I can. I’m at a financial point where I can’t splurge on much, but just getting those three things from iHerb has been enough for me for now. I also would recommend trying at Castile soap for shampoo, as long as you don’t get any negative reactions. I’ve only been using Castile soap for a couple months, do one apple cider vinegar rinse a week, and just an organic conditioner.
@salad12247 жыл бұрын
I have psoriasis as well and don't use any prescriptions. I use an apple cider hair rinse after shampoo AND after conditioner. My hair rinse is 1 tablespoon raw Apple cider vinegar with the mother to 1 cup water. Before I wash my hair I ALWAYS use a scalp mask. You can use Rosemary essential oils with your favorite kind of carrier oil. I've been using the Innate Life problematic scalp mask. It works so well! My psoriasis is gone and I'm getting new hair growth. I'm not sure how bad your psoriasis is but you can use any of these solutions along with your medications if it's really bad.
@TracyD27 жыл бұрын
Cassandra ZayZAY Scalp massages with Ayurvedic herbs and oil helped clear my daughter's scalp. So the hair can grow. When I don't do it for a while for her it comes back. I mean within a month. I try to do it every weekend but she loses patience until she feels the psoriasis on her scalp again. Imagine losing patience for a scalp massage. 🙄

Well to be honest u hv to use ur prescriptions to reduce psoariasis... for ppl who dont know its an auto immune disorder dat causes allergic rxns.... nd it very important to control it or else it may lead to secondary infections... psoariasis is not contagious it doesnt spread from person to person.... And incase ur wondering psoariasis is like diabetes dere is no permanent cure since ur own body is rejecting itself all u can do it nly prevent further damage nd also some natural products can aggravate the disease soo always do a patch test before u try anything
