Best for me free to play player is Raid Ticket, second will be totem and third will be emeralds. I hope Letter to Winter Claus will give Raid Ticket this year.

thanks but im in the 3rd tier and i will pick the totem, emeralds and the 50.000 christmas that i will use to decorate the tree and send gifts (skins)

Don't pick the 50k Winterfest Baubles, take the emeralds, the totem and the 350 titan artifact spheres (or the 50 hero skin chests). If you get the emeralds and you invest them during winterfest you get the 50k Baubles on top while progressing in the mission marathon of spending emeralds at the same time. Thats way better and if you get the totem its the best you can get.

Don't chose Clever it's just 1 hero and he is not good and you can also get him in Aritium just like 50 000

cleaver is not clever, you will get it garanteed in the soul artrium. and he is not the best tank, i would say one of the worse

Cleaver is not a bad tank but he is average. Not worth to pick in winterfest letter. Only options if you have a raid ticket or vip 1 or above are totem, emeralds and either 350 titan artifact spheres or 50 hero skin stone chests. The other rewards are not worth their effort because you get them way easier.
