Appreciate your videos, I know it takes a lot of time and effort. Looking hard at this camper in the twin bed version. Just debating 2022 vs 2023 at this point and wondering what was changed other than colors. Go Pack!

After removing the panels to get to the bypass valves, I am 100% going to replace the screws with magnets or something like you did in that previous video. No way that those screws are going to last more than a couple seasons anyway.

Thanks for the info, I was wondering where all the valves were. In my FLX I hooked up my air compressor up to the water service side and blew out the water with 30 psi, running all the faucets and then used a Dewalt vacuum to blow water out through the the traps. It doesn’t get real cold where I live so it should be good enough for me. I’m not a big fan of anti-freeze in my potable water and the pain to run and rinse everything out later.

3 gallons? If you do a good job of draining, which is three separate steps, including pumping all the cold water out, with all the drains open, draining the water heater outside and then bypassing the hot water heater. 1/2 to 1 gallon gallon of antifreeze, MAX. Since all the faucets are drained down, there is no water to freeze, except in trapped areas like the valve on the back side of the toilet or the outside sprayer. So a small amount of antifreeze can then be pumped into these areas quickly and a tiny bit in each sink. With -50F antifreeze, Any remaining water will barely dilute the antifreeze, giving you at least -30F protection. 40 years doing this on many RVs and or using a compressor only to blow the water out. I only use antifreeze on Micro Minnies because of the trapped water in the two locations I mentioned.
