I have a simple method tape and a sharpie is your best friend in this project. Label each wire you find.

DATE YOUR FILTER! you would give us hell... if this is a street car, you may want cruise control and you have the module and controller. Seen you take it off. Should look into "speeduino ecu" latter, feel this would be a good project for it. Your brothers face says it all 🤣 Wiring can be a pain, even if it took a while and you ran into problem. You got the right idea 👌 might be alittle late to mention, you do have a 240 subframe to make a ANOTHER jig 😆 just need rack mounts location, lower control arms and frame rail mounting locations, Some box steel, plate steel and toooobs 😎 if you add in the engine mounts locations, you can build a tubular subframe for both. AS for the work truck, always hated the spark tubes and that's why. Bet the seals are already shot or the valve covers have micro cracks around the seals. When installing new seals, most use oil to lube them up to prevent cracking and I recommend ATF behind seal because it will help keep the seal soft.

Dope ass progress my dude! And on the integra, that oil is most definitely why it was bugging /bogging out. I'd replace the spark plug hole o rings asap if not you're gonna return the brand new plugs you just put in.

cylinder 2, 3 and 4 are def shorting out and causing misfire for sure. i had same issue on my pos daily driver, replaced valve cover gasket, not even a year ago. had to replace again, this time i used thin coat of ultra black rtv around every spark plug hole and around entire head, thing dosen leak at all now lol. and that first cylinder is running lean, you may have fuel injector going out. might wanna ohm test injectors.

Wow that’s a lot to have to figure out especially looking for the diagrams. Very impressive, u know alldata and identifix now have options now for 1 car it’s like 30$ for a months access. You can get all diagrams the oe shop and interactive ones that will highlight the wire for what ever pin you click on makes electrical diagnosis a breeze.

You definitely need a valve cover gasket on the work truck integra. To ensure that it won't leak you should paint it.

Your gonna have the same issue again with that teggy unless you change the valve cover gasket with new cylinder gaskets. That oil is definitely what was causing it to bog down!

Mike you're wizard in my eyes. Just a small quick tip: do NOT ever fill your oil filter with oil. In this case oil pump must pump air THROUGH oil in filter which is way harder than pumping air through empty filter. Cheers!

I absolutely know the struggle man, my h22a swap has been fighting me for over a week now.. Swapped harnesses, went through 4 ECUs, checked over every ground/fuse/plug 3 times over... Just the other night I pulled off the thermostat ground and hit it with some sandpaper.. boom. Thing runs. Crazy how sometimes it can be the dumbest little things that cause the biggest issues 😅

@samwilley9653 EJ8 Civic SI, all in all a great option as a swap after you work out all of the kinks. The main downsides of this build are the axle inclination angle, (fixed by shimming torque mount) Overall engine size and working space (valve cover is ⅛" from driver strut tower) and availability of used parts. (More scarce compared to K/B/D) But if you know where to find them, and you have some patience to bring out their full potential without cutting corners, it's very rewarding as a stock NA setup. They pack a punch in these dinky little cars 💪

If oil is down your plugs,it's leaking from the top. Very common twin cam problem, need to to replace plug seals on rocker cover. 16v 4age are real bad for it. I bet it smoked heaps after you changed the plugs
