Finding a home in your pricing is difficult , me & my bf been house hunting for a year now and we come to so many we love and get so close to our budget but theirs always someone or something that stops us from getting it. It’s frustrating and sad Bc you get so happy and houses that need lots of work aren’t worth it. Looking for a home is hard and emotional roller coaster in my opinion,especially when others can go higher on prices and not have to think twice about it, is disappointing Bc you can only go off how much you can afford . But we haven’t given up and we work hard every day to make sure we have enough to say we can afford the fixers and add whatever we want. I wish you the best on this journey and hopefully soon you’ll find your forever home !❤️
