A great interview with Jasmine and Marisa Peer! I couldn’t agree more with everything Marisa shared. As an educator, RTT practitioner, and parent, I believe building children's self-esteem is absolutely crucial. There are so many elements that come into play at school-academics, friendships, competing demands, time management-so teaching students early on to build their self-worth is so effective...Not only in the moment, but as a lifelong skill. I have to agree with Jasmine, we’re learning about this as adults now, but teaching these tools to kids early is spot on. Helping children believe in themselves, shut down their inner critic, and feel significant can truly change their lives. And the idea of being the CEO of your own mind? Brilliant! Teaching kids to take control of their thoughts and empowering them to think better thoughts is key to building confidence and resilience. Thank you for sharing such an inspiring conversation!
