2 Eggplants
Olive oil 30 ml
Salt and pepper
Sweet paprika 8g
Origan
Garlic powder
Bake in the oven at 180 ° C for 40 minutes
Mozzarella about 150g
Return to the oven at 180 ° C for 15 minutes
