@66hoodwitch2 жыл бұрын
It's like majority of them have been so detached from this whole situation, when speaking to him(about him) ; most likely it's due to severe trauma ,caused through such unfortunate events,that day. It's like a form of dissociation..Like when a criminal commits a crime such a murder and begin to feel guilty ,in order to not break down into full blown emotional experience, instead of calling their victims by name they say " the person" ; when a mother kills her child, she'd say " this child" or "the kid" ,instead of " my child" or using the child's name.. I think 🤷🏼♀️

Funny I'm not the only one thinking this! I have said that this almost seems like a 'mock' trial. And this student is failing his final exam!! In the beginning, the judge talked to him like a child, praising him for behaving that day. the prosecution has gotten up to help him and even proofread and corrected his motions!! I screamed at my phone when Brooks would whine that he needs helps, he is 'just winging it' and doesn't know what he doing. He made the choice against the courts warnings to fire his attorneys.

Which one of you actually is in the legal or even para legal field ? Just because it's in the news today doesn't mean there are not already good examples of this conduct. How long do you think the jury will be deliberating for...? 5, 10, maybe 20 minutes? Is there a minimum length they have to sit there? Maybe just long enough to drink some coffee.
@franktripodi85863 ай бұрын
For as long as it takes them to stop laughing at how stupid Brooks actually is and then find him guilty on all counts

They didnt deliberate for a minute. They knew this murderer is trash in second one.

You will spend the rest of your life in prison. Is that fair to say?

He really buried himself. The witness was just saying "yard" . Brooks said "Backyard". Dead give away

Actually, in this fuckwit’s twisted mind he thinks he’s nailing it. To his credit he is nailing it, for the prosecution. 😂

This maniac has times where he tries to dispute that it was him driving the car at all, but also at times tries to use the defense that A. The car was honking as a warning while running people over. B. He couldn't exit the parade early because of barricades (ignoring the fact that he went through them to get on and off the parade reroute. C. His car had a supposed recall. He really has no idea what to argue. Probably should have kept those actual lawyers.

He had a lot of stupid questions and said a lot of stupid things throughout the entire trial. He couldn't stop humiliating himself. It was clear he was way in over his head and not shocking he was found guilty on every single charge.

In the Kyle Rittenhouse trail the prosecution helped the defense, in this trail the defense is prosecuting itself.
