But they never looked out the window or even left their bedrooms when Karen was screaming and all the car lights, emergency lights and sirens and we all know for a fact that dog barked as did others in the neighborhood. When John got out of the vehicle walking toward the back, Karen backed into him never batting an eye b/c the girl was wasted. John is getting the tail end of the deal b/c he’s not here to advocate for himself like Karen. She has been all over the news, social media and tv. This petite woman had 9 stiff drinks and no telling how many shots were in a glass. Strange, there was NO DNA in the scratches on John’s arm. In my opinion, the car impact was to the back of John’s head that cracked and crushed his skull. Not unusual John didn’t have broken bones or injuries below the neck. The injury was to his Head! Karen Read just has some damn good attorneys that have successfully flipped the script. Alan Jackson plays manipulative games with words to make it appear the witness is lying. What a shrewd attorney! 😮

I don't think you understand how fucked we would be if a defendant had to prove anything. It is the PROSECUTION'S job to prove GUILT beyond reasonable doubt. When anyone is accused of anything, the proof is the accuser's burden. The prosecutor must present convincing evidence that leaves NO ROOM for any reasonable alternative explanations. The defense's job is to introduce doubt of those allegations into the jurors' minds and can provide alternative explanations. Hence, cover up, police corruption, the dog, Colin, Higgins, the Albert's, the McCabe's, Trooper Proctor, etc, etc, etc. If the facts and evidence have proven there is no room for reasonable alternative explanations, then (most likely) guilt has been proven beyond reasonable doubt. The defense is doing exactly what it should be, providing reasonable alternative explanations. Be thankful that our court system presumes innocence until proven guilty because proving innocence can actually be much harder than you might think. What you're asking for the defense, or ANY defense to do is something akin to what's called a kangaroo court. Kangaroo court is an informal pejorative term for a court that ignores recognized standards of law or justice. Basically a court that violates due process. JOHNS BLOOD AND HAIR DNA ON KARENS SUV. Karen's data from her SUV put her at the scene of the crime and data recording her backing up. Taillight broken pieces on John. Blunt force impact to John's head. Karen tells Jen to google how long to die in cold. Solid proof with eye witnesses seeing Karen at the scene of the crime. JOHNS PHONE GPS DOESNT MOVE ONCE THE SUV DATA SHOWED WHEN AND WHERE JOHN WOULD HAVE BEEN HIT. Guilty as charged.
