I saw a video on you tube that shows Karen backing out of John O'Keefe's garage then she hit his car and damaged her back light. The video in slow motion showed O'Keefe's car actually move forward indicating she hit the car. Later at the Canton police station an officer damaged the light more while removing it. These are the facts and they are undisputed.

Let's say she did hit him, he would have landed on the road, or at most on the pavement next to road - not feet away on the grass. He would have had leg and torso injuries which would match points of contact with her car. He would also likely have injuries to his buttocks, shoulders upper back and head - points of contact with the road/ pavers. Obviously none of those injuries were present at autopsy. If she hit him, none of those injuries could have caused him to die, if he was injured and able to move (which he would have had to to land on grass where found, why was he found on his back? Self preservation and legs not functioning would mean he would have rolled over and crawled using his arms. He would maintain that until his body gave out. He would have been found with scrapes on hands, elbows, knees and shoes or feet matching contact points with asphalt/concrete and ended on his front. Not his back. He was killed or left for d e ad by people in that house. He wasn't meant to be found during the night. BH was to plow snow then the town plows would discover or be blamed for moving the body " John was drunk, must have fallen on snow and died" Nobody in that house was expecting Karen to be out during the night looking for him. It was after Karen's call to Jen that the revised frame job 'did I / could I have hit him' was planted after calls to 34 to warn them Karen would want to come by. Why would you invite people back to your house for a party at 12:30 + am then all of a sudden everyone leaves within 1 - 1.5 hours unless something happened? I don't think they realised that Chloe bit & scratched John as badly as she did. I also don't think Johnwould have been the only person bitten/ scratched by Chloe. When injuries that clearly and instantly resemble dog injuries should have raised enough of a red flag for enquiries to be made about the dog in the home. Was the dog there when police entered. Were any people in the home injured/attended Dr or hospital over next week with bite/scratch injuries/infections requiring treatment?. This whole case was deliberately botched. Framing Karen was never the plan, drunk man leaves house, fell and died in snow found next day was the plan. CA, young thug hated JO'K for chastising him about garden issues. They gave J a nickname as a result of it Mr Nebbercracker. When J arrived I think CA full of drink likely started being disrespectful to J, it went too far and J probably insulted CA causing the thug to lash out. Who knows what happened next but J was likely rendered unconscious/dead CA was dispatched followed shortly after by visitors to the house and the original plan was hatched. Despite Lally and his hours and hours of dragging out the most inane information about every non EMT witness on the stand, he has produced not a single piece of evidence linking JO'K death to Karen. What he has achieved is showing every person watching is a family full of li ars who cannot keep their stories right, who's digital records don't match their stories. I truly hope they will all be punished at the end of this witch hunt trial.

Wrong! I was hit and thrown in the air into a ditch with head injury absent of broken bones and other bruising. So I know for a fact, it’s 100% statistically possible! She thumped him and he travelled at the same speed as the car! That’s what physics dictates and the gravitational pull along with a human body mass distribution makes it highly likely the head falls first with head injury.

Really good point. If he got out of the car there and the dog was outside and attacked him, because he was so intoxicated and it was slippery and snowing, he could have lost his balance and fell and hit his head during the dog attack and then passed out with injuries to his head. With intoxication, head injuries and possibly hypothermia he died. If the death occurred on their property, and by their dog attacking him, which their dog had a reputation to have done in the past,they could be held liable and therefore that would explain why they re-homed the dog and sold their house right away. They didn’t want to get sued. Just something that I thought about. But it really doesn’t explain Karen’s behavior or hysteria and her confession. That is odd behavior. There’s still a lot more testimony to go. I just try to make things make sense.

John needed directions to get to the Albert’s house. Jen spoke to John giving him directions as to where the Albert’s house was. He didn’t know where the Albert’s house was. And Karen only recalls leaving John after an argument at The Waterfall according to Jen’s testimony. Karen wouldn’t want to go to Fairview and be adamant about going to look there if in her mind she left John at the bar. Jen testified to this that she had to inform Karen she saw them outside the Albert’s home. Karen wouldn’t even know the street name “Fairview” if she didn’t remember going there. Why would Karen state over and over to Jen that she needed to go to Fairview? Also, If Karen showed up to the house yelling did I hit him could I have hit him. We have to go to Fairview, why did they go to John’s house and not Fairview first?
