Her attorneys are great. However, this judge should be removed from this case. In fact, as a person who has worked in the legal field, and the MA court system all my adult life, I think the case should have been tried in another county. This is unfair to the Defendant, and the victims family. This Judge is bias, she should have recused herself in the beginning. A complaint should be filed in the SJC with respect to the judge, and the prosecutors. What a half assed investigation, which was corruption at its best. This includes Special Agent Higgins who is a disgrace to his profession. This case should be thrown out, starting with the exoneration of Ms Read. What a disgrace to the good people of Canton, excluding the Alberts, the McCabes, and Special Agent Higgins. Especially Jenn McCabe, and Brian Higgins, who lied throughout their testimony. The Alberts are obviously hiding the truth, and the lead investigator Michael Proctor, has made huge errors, including not disclosing his relationships wuth the witnesses etc , let a dignified agency like the FBI investigate these clowns, so that our tax money isn't being wasted. Enough. Free Karen Read.

I’ve said this more than once, but this judge is clearly bias, she sustains the objection when her lawyer mentions that you didn’t need a lawyer with Proctor but you did in the other interview, clearly shows he had nothing to worry about with Proctor, knowing he’s corrupt and controlling the narrative. Yet in the other interview he did need a lawyer, and once again this questionable judge sustains the objection in favour of the prosecution. Cases like this are we the people absolutely do not trust police or the so called justice system….if this was the like the 1800’s it would be a civil was scenario. Except now we can’t do that because there is no impartial justice system and there are more corrupt cops than decent ones (who again can’t even stand up to the corrupt cops). The fact that he refers to the decent as "that guy" just shows how little, if any respect he has or had for John Okeefe, Karen Read, and John's family. He and his over the top dramatic wife, think they are smarter than everyone else. The inconsistencies from both of them just shows how rehearsed or coached their testimony was It was. Because there is 0 evidence of conspiracy. Frankly. I dont understand how the judge allowed all witnesses to be crossed examined as if they were on trial for conspiracy or cover up. Anything they did or said was misconstrued. That is why there was a hung jury imo.

@@janeyt2011 I heard & saw their testimony. I believed they were not changing their stories. It was Karen Read who changed her initial ' i hit him 3x' statement to multiple ppl including the paramedic'. What motive would fellow cops have to kill him as soon as he got there & then decide to drag his body on their front lawn for public viewing? Makes no rational sense. The evidence indicates she was in a druken rage ( listen to her voice msgs to him after)& went in reverse @ 24 mph hitting him on a side swap & he collapsed onto the snowless ground. She was last with him & first to find him exactly where she left him . She may have not recalled what she did, but she sure did it!

The judge needs to examine the judge in the Jennifer dulos trial . That is an example of a competent judge. This “wolf in judge clothing” acting like she’s trying to even the playing fields cuz she knows the prosecution doesn’t stand a chance.
