For the viewer's information: the speed she puts into her arms is like a double edged sword. meaning ,it shows incredible speed but to stop that speed the ligaments and tendons are suffered to sudden pull. Further more use of such speed results in arm dislocation and tendon tearning. She has told this in her interview.
@RamonX69
@RamonX69 4 жыл бұрын
yeah but after training and practice wouldn't be the ligaments became much stronger or something?
@RulezXP
@RulezXP 4 жыл бұрын
@@RamonX69 only if you can keep breaking the tendons and ligaments im bare minimum. Because for example more you break your ankles, more likely they will break again in the future when you start to be in age of 50-60 if you dont keep working out to make your muscles to keep your tendons intact. It doesnt mean exercise and practicing is bad, just dont over do things and keep a good eye on your body.

That's a good point. We are told to keep our arms and legs relaxed when doing kicks and strikes, in order to avoid this very possibility. Having said that, I've met any number of very high ranking black belts (6th degree and higher) and none of them have complained of arms being dislocated or having tendons torn.

@@lekolmizikfolklolabowi1212 It's not ligaments or tendons, it's the uniform snapping. The judges listen for that sound as a way to help judge speed. Some of us even starch our uniforms before a test or tournament to make the snap more noticeable.

This is how a kata should be done. Fast, clean, precise, and accurate. No over-the-top screaming, no Haka faces, no weird gymnastics, none of the crap being taught to impress the small minded, that is being propagated amongst some dojo’s and is being rewarded by judges. Just high quality (Top quality) technique. Fantastic.

Hello ! Excuse me for giving a little presentation of Islam, because it is very misunderstood nowadays, especially on those « Antichrist's » times, where media and politics are mixed to distort history and truth. Thank you. Islam is an arabic word that means the Surrender to God the One and Only one, our Creator, Protector, Provider, who gives us life and all that we have, we are safe and sound by his will and grace, we are His and to Him we return, and we have to thank him in this trial life by submitting to him by our free will, or later in the Day of judgment when it's too late to save our own skin. Islam was the original Religion descended to earth from heaven with Adam and Eve (peace and blessing be upon them) in the beginning of humanity. and was passed to people with the succession of the 124 000 prophets and 315 messengers of God to all nations and civilizations since, passing by Noah, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Ismaël, Joseph, Moses, Aaron, Joshua, David, Solomon and Jesus (Peace and blessing be upon them) during the history of mankind, the last replaces and completes the previous, until the succession of the last messenger of God fourteen centuries ago, Muhammad (Peace and blessing be upon him) to complete the noble morals of all mankind, to bring humans and jinns out of darkness into light, and to purify people's religion and belief from corruption and polytheism, and return it to purity and true monotheism, like it was in the times of the prophets (Peace and blessing be upon them). Many Religions that we know nowadays, at their beginning were true and under Islam, initiated by one of the prophets of God, but their original teachings, history and scriptures have been corrupted over time with falsification and polytheism, or lost and replaced with false ones. That's why Islam is the only Religion accepted by God nowadays, which consists in bearing witness that there is no god besides Allah (God in Aramaic, the original language of Jesus and the Gospel), and that Muhammad is His servant and messenger, just like Jesus and Moses and others are His servants and messengers. Never a messenger of God said he was God or literally son of God, it was the people after him who changed the words of God and corrupted the Religion. God is unique and absolute, He does not need to have a family and sons or to associate anyone else with His kingdom, He can simply create whatever He wants, everything belongs to Him, and to Him everything will return. Allah said in Surah Al-Mu’minun : “God has never begotten a son, nor is there any god besides Him. Otherwise, each god would have taken away what it has created, and some of them would have gained supremacy over others. Glory be to God, far beyond what they describe. The Knower of the hidden and the manifest. He is exalted, far above what they associate. (91-92 / Translated by ITANI)) Allah means the one and only God, the God of all prophets and creatures, the creator of the universe and mankind, and the Master of the Day of judgment, where our destiny, Hell or Paradise, is decided based on our faith and deeds in this trial life, and above all, Allah's mercy. Allah said in Surah Al-Ikhlas : In the name of God, the Gracious, the Merciful. Say, “He is God, the One. God, the Absolute. He begets not, nor was He begotten. And there is none comparable to Him.” (1-4 / Translated by ITANI) Allah said in Surah An-Nisa : O FOLLOWERS of the Gospel! Do not overstep the bounds [of truth] in your religious beliefs, and do not say of God anything but the truth. The Christ Jesus, son of Mary, was but God's Apostle - [the fulfilment of] His promise which He had conveyed unto Mary - and a soul created by Him. Believe, then, in God and His apostles, and do not say, "[God is] a trinity". Desist [from this assertion] for your own good. God is but One God; utterly remote is He, in His glory, from having a son: unto Him belongs all that is in the heavens and all that is on earth; and none is as worthy of trust as God. Never did the Christ feel too proud to be God's servant, nor do the angels who are near unto Him. And those who feel too proud to serve Him and glory in their arrogance [should know that on Judgment Day] He will gather them all unto Himself: (171-172 / Translated by Muhammad Asad). Salam (Peace).

@@sthiel126 Oh, that's interesting! Where I am from Europe it's normally one idiot trying to clap a beat to a music performance and everyone else joining just 'cause. It do is a sign that the crowd likes the performance but I personally see it as disrespectful too, as it's breaking the performers concentration and distracting. It's especially bad when the performer has to listen to background music or other fellow performers/ when others in the crowd just want to attentively listen to the performance or just enjoy it. In western classical music it's even considered a no-go to clap anytime else than the end of the piece.

For all the people who are saying that this chick is dancing not fighting or spurting out shit like "martial arts is all about fighting" well KNOCK FUCKING KNOCK PEOPLE!!!! There is a good reason why this is called martial ARTS! There is a big difference between martial arts and fighting. When it comes to fighting people concentrate on winning and therefore the art is not present. Martial arts however is all about EXECUTION. Each movement is necesary and winning and losing are discarded concepts. You concentrate on learning how to coordinate your body and learn it through exesive hardships. What this girl has done was exeptional. Why? Because each movement she did was soooo perfect. Fast movement, excellent timing and beautiful execution was the beauty of this kata. Now, in martial arts that is crutial since you need to flow in the exact movement on an exact pace, which is fucking hard to do. Once you do this, logically you become stronger and stronger because each movement becomes fas

From what I've learn in martial arts speed is everything. Size doesn't mean everything. In judo I had to throw big guys that were 200 pounds heavier than me. I can't answer for her but it's not everyday you fight against a body builder. Body building is a whole different thing like strength and power which is awesome. Use body building and martial arts together then that person would be a beast

I've noticed competitors actually training for such noise. The instructor/trainer will have the rest of the dojo make a lot of noise and talk while the person/team runs through the kata. It's inconvenient, but it happens, so they prepare for it. That's what karate is all about. Adapt and overcome, as my Sensei says.

The precision of the execution was phenomenal, I suppose, as it should be at this level. What got to me (having two boys who are now mid-high belts), was the adherence to protocol on the dojo and then the overt flood and demonstration of emotions (after a win or loss) at the end. I guess I still see my kids during (kata/kumite) tournaments, ecstatic or heartbroken. It's hard to overestimate just how hard these guys train and what it means to them,like any elite sport, I guess.

All martial artists should watch clips like this. In watching form at this level you can see so much beyond the average performance. Every move is perfect and focused. The entire Kata tells a story of a fight and shows her strength, skill, and conviction of spirit. And all this without any of the tricking and XMA stunts that pop up too often here in the USA.
