First from India, representing country in prof event, lifting 2x32kgs Long cycle in my debut for 21reps/ BW76kgs, facing unfortunate bicep and wrist injury happened few days back on long set in India, lost in LC and won gold medal in biathlon in Italy, Milan, June 2018

Thank you, it was unfortunate injury before lifting, but 32kg ya, different world of lifting altogether..

Я правильно понял,что этот чемпионат Италии,людей с ограниченными возможностями, потому что если посмотреть чемпионат России там ребята в разы сильнее и техничные.

Why do they take 2 seconds to lift once in the rack position?

They're targeting a goal in every minute, like a running pace if you will, example: they want to achieve 10 reps in a minute to be able to reach x amount of numbers in 10 minutes, they don't want to go too hard, or they will exhaust themselves unnecessarily, and they will be unable to finish the 10 minutes.
