it is not always necessary that energy should be utilized only to activate any pathway and not to inactivate .. energy are basically used for the proper functioning of the cell.

at time point 2:59 and 4:58 u contradict urself. in face u contradict the diagrams used by you. What is the actual situation? Is beta catenin phosphorylated or DVL? At 4:58 u say, proteins in the destructive complex are phosphorylated and they phosphorylate beta catenin..... so what is true? I have seen several vdos and papers saying, beta catenin is phosphorylated by GSK-3B and that helps in degradation of beta catenin. U r doing good job by explaining such pathways, but be precise. and like somebody else pointed out, complete silence during the lecture is expected.

Om Panchal beta catenin is phosphorylated by the kinases ck1 and gsk3. Dvl is phosphorylated once it interacts with the frizzled receptor via one of the kinases. LRP is also phosphorylated.
